Hidden Gem of a company from Croatia
Package arrived in excellent condition, had a couple of niggles getting everything going, quick email to support team and I was up and running again in minutes.

Professionalism and excellene
You can hardly find more professional (response time, delivery, help, you name it - it's there) company in Croatia.
I know it is just my opinion, but it is honest. I live on the opposite part of the country yet their packages come (sometimes) next day in the morning. It is like having Amazon Prime just without Amazon and without Prime - just Soldered.

Inkplate 10 is an amazing piece of hardware, and the software examples and documentation are high quality. It really felt like someone put their passion / enthusiasm into this platform. I was able to create my custom dashboard and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I will likely buy more of them to do other projects.

Patchy documentation
I purchased an Inkplate5 and a BME680 breakout. The technical documentation is patchy / many links are broken. The display is nice. With the more complex and custom Inkplate I would prefer documentation to be available on the website / Github, so that i could look it up when the need arises.
So far the software board package seems to work, though it does require patience when compiling. Trial & error made it possible to establish which of the Inkplate5 packages is working with the setup; a hint whether v? / v2 are different pcbs or iterations of the package would have been convenient.
