This has really helped my night sweats as I enter perimenopause, and has allowed me to sleep through the night ( when my child isn't waking me!). Loved my sleep kit from sola wellness -
Comes in a fancy box and had 22 nomme silk mask, cooling pillow pad and 2 super soft pillow cases. I tried this to help me sleep better and it has really helped keep me cooler and more comfortable in bed. Worth a try if your struggling too x

Honestly the most beautiful gift box (I’ve actually kept the box to display it in my bedroom) the set is such lovely quality. I’m sleeping so much better with the silk sleep mask and the cooling pillow pad. A gorgeous brand. I would highly recommend.
