Shipping and Transfer

1. I made payment for the panels on April 23, 2024. Shipping was offered with a delivery time of 2-3 working days.
As of now, May 24th, I have not received any panels.
The shipping code received does not provide any information about shipping and where the shipping is currently located.
2. Because I didn't recive the panels, I can't give any information about the panels.
