I honestly can’t stress this enough, but absolute TOP TIER customer service. Scooter & accessories came the next working day, incredibly fast delivery. I did have a slight problem regarding my scooter, but I’m not mechanically minded in the slightest, so I got in touch and the team at Solar diagnosed the issue via video for me, and then advised what some potential solutions would be. They took time out of their day to create some step by step video tutorials for me to follow and my scooter is back in tip top condition. Very fast response to emails made it all incredibly stress free and I didn’t have to miss a single day of riding. Thanks Solar 💜

Well built and stable daily commute had 41mph the customer service from solar is amazing even after hours they will help you and beyond recent visited to solar west Drayton for a upgrade on MTB handlebars conversion the guys are amazing and Very knowledgeable assisting to every question U can ask overall for me is Been 10/10 and will repurchase again in future

Didn’t come with any new bolts and as a company you don’t look after customers with warranty. The packaging was at-least safe, I was surprised at that as the quality of customer service has been unsatisfactory.

Purchased 2 scooters from these guys now, both very good scooters and customer service is top notch!!

I have had a few instances where my scooter has needed a bit of fixing. Quality product however even better service. They are super quick to get back to you and provide you diagnosis free of charge and steps to fix your scooter with bespoke videos on how to fix the issue instantly. The support team are the best I have come across to date. Keep up the good work!

So let’s start with the Solar scooter products.
They are quality built to last and are designed to look incredible with a leading technological edge and innovation. You get a 2 years warranty and health check as standard. If you buy one keep the original box otherwise it’s £55 for replacement just to send it in. The Solar team are so helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. They will fix/replace anything on your e-scooter/e-bike. Everything is covered apart from wear and tear just like a car repair workshop. I bought the Solar P1 2.0 but now they sell the P1 3.0 & Pro. It is one the the best most exciting things I’ve ever bought, lights up and glows on the side like bioluminescence, looks absolutely incredible. It’s fast, fun to ride and looks amazing at night. If you’re looking at buying at e-scooter, e-bike or sur-Ron or whatever, save your money, pay a little extra if you have to, as it will be the best decision you will ever make. You will always have disgruntled customers, but let me tell you from when I bought this scooter 2 years ago until just recently having my e-scooter repaired, I have not had one negative experience with Solar. It has been a 100% positive experience with Solar all the way and I recommend anyone to buy with Solar. Best company ever, plus on there website they have loads of awards and are selling in the USA. If I ever buy another e-scooter or e-bike, I am 100% sticking with Solar!!

I recently upgraded to the P1 Pro, and all I can say is — this thing is an animal on the road. If you’re after serious power, stability, and long-distance range, this is the one.

The torque and acceleration are insane. It launches fast and climbs hills like they’re nothing. Even with my weight (around 90kg), it doesn’t struggle at all. I’ve tested it on rough paths, steep inclines, and open roads — it powers through everything effortlessly.

What really impressed me was the ride quality. The suspension is buttery smooth — front and rear — and it absorbs bumps like a motorcycle. You can go over cracked pavement, cobblestone, or even light off-road trails and still feel in control. Paired with the hydraulic brakes, it feels safe even at high speeds (I’ve hit nearly 50mph on private roads!).

The display is bright and easy to read, even in daylight, and the riding modes are super useful for switching between speed settings when I’m in traffic versus riding open roads. The build is premium, solid, and confidence-inspiring.

Battery life? Unreal. I’m getting close to 50+ miles per charge when riding moderately. I commute on it daily and only charge every couple of days. Plus, it looks amazing — the design is aggressive and sleek, and the LED lighting is a nice touch for night rides.

I’ve been riding the P1 3.0 Electric Scooter for just over a month now, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the performance. I’ve tried a few other electric scooters in the past, but the P1 3.0 blows them out of the water.

First off, the acceleration is crazy smooth and powerful. It doesn’t lag like cheaper models — you twist the throttle and you’re off. The dual motors give it serious punch, especially when climbing hills or riding with a backpack on. I’ve hit speeds of up to 40mph (on private land, of course!) and it feels super stable, even at high speeds.

The build quality is excellent — feels solid, premium, and well-balanced. The suspension is a lifesaver for rougher streets or uneven terrain. I take it over potholes and curbs and it handles them with ease. Plus, the hydraulic brakes are super responsive, which makes me feel safe when riding in traffic.

Battery life is impressive too. On a single charge, I’ve managed to get around 25-30 miles, depending on how hard I ride. It charges quicker than I expected and the display gives accurate battery info which is always a plus.

What really sets it apart though is the design — the lighting, the color options, and the overall aggressive look make it stand out. I’ve had loads of people ask me what model it is. It turns heads for sure.

Only downside? It’s not exactly light, so if you’re looking to carry it upstairs daily, be prepared. But honestly, that’s expected with a scooter this powerful.

Overall a poor experience. Missing items from my order including the lock and charger meaning I couldn’t even use it for the better part of a week after the scooter had arrived. It’s quick and definitely a good bit of fun but more headache than it’s worth especially if use it to commute, better off buying an electric bike as they’re usually much easier and cheaper to repair and maintain and generally even cost less to buy in most cases and the warranty seems to be virtually useless unless something was wrong before it even arrived. In my opinion the customer service is also very poor especially considering the price point for these things, although they do respond in a timely manner. In addition quite a few design features that don’t seem very well thought out. I personally wouldn’t recommend solar scooters.

The colour gold is not the same as the colour that’s on some parts of the scooter.

After searching for weeks I pinned down on the P1 3.0, customer service has been great, scooter delivery was on time.

The whole experience has been fantastic. The scooter is very fast but not uncontrollable at all.

Absolute bunch of scammers. I bought p1 3.0 and from the first time I turned the key it was displaying e-01 on the screen. I done around 6 miles with it before realising this is an error code. Took it back to solar and they are trying to charge me 180 for a new motor. Warranty is non existent they will just lie and worm out of it.
