You will always get a notification when your order is getting shipped, you can track it very easily. My figure came undamaged and in a good condition.

Solaris Japan is able to accommodate my request for delayed shipping of 2 items and every response was quick! It was much appreciated and definitely will come back for more 😊

Great prices, shipping is reliable, frequency discounts and sales. Points system isn't all that great as every dollar spent equals a point earned, and every 100 points gets you a dollar off any order you use them toward, so you have to spend $100 to get $1 off an order, bit of a rip off there, but everything else is great.

There's only been one instance of an item being delayed, but I was given a heads up email several months in advance. My experience with customer service has also been very good with no issues.

The first time I ordered from Solaris Japan, it was for a pre-owned video game I had been wanting for a long time. I got it at a great price; but when the package arrived, I actually received the wrong game. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly and kindly. They apologized for the mistake and sent me the correct game at no extra cost. They even let me keep the incorrect one.

Compared to other online stores, I find Solaris Japan's tracking system much nicer to look at and better organized. They also take great care with packaging. If you paid for package protection, they’ll help you out in case of any issues; as long as you’re honest, things will be resolved quickly and smoothly.

For pre-owned figures, make sure to check the condition rating. There’s a clear 5-star scale that shows the condition of both the figure and the box, so you know what you’re getting. Solaris Japan doesn’t sell broken figures as pre-owned, so your item should arrive in one piece. If it doesn’t, just reach out to customer support.

Ordered a pre-owned figure which arrived super quick and so well packaged. If I ordered it from my country, the UK, it would take 2 weeks to arrive lol The figure was immaculate too. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

I like the format on the site and early bird discounts are often a better price even with the US to CAD exchange rate. Also knowing the shipping cost is a bonus and being to upgrade. Never have had any issues. I'm ordering with them more and more!

Definitely the place to buy quality anime figures, shipping is great and they package them correctly to prevent any damage, even when travelling from japan it doesn't take that long and the box was in great condition.

Kept me in the loop from every step of shipping and even sent an email asking if I deemed the packaging on one of the items as an issue, which to me it wasn't.

I always get my order in a timely matter with no issues. The tracking provided is always accurate, and is in app too which is nice
