Ordered on December 4th, expedited the package so that it would get here in time for Christmas. Still have not received the package…

SolarisJapan do everything best for your order, lower customs, packages are well protected, emails are answered, and you arw informed about delays or additional details about shippemnt. SolarisJapan taking their orders very seriuos.

Would be nice if you have more choice of shippment times. Right now you have very long and very fast. You need something between that :)

I ordered from Solaris Japan in November, and while the package couldn’t be delivered due to local USPS issues, their customer service was very helpful and responsive throughout the process.

They assisted with the carrier issue patiently and ultimately offered a reshipment or a full refund. I received a full refund without any restocking fees.

They also provide private courier options, so if you prefer carriers like DHL or UPS, it’s worth contacting them directly.

Overall, despite the shipping issue, the resolution was handled professionally. Thank you to the team.

I've bought several figures now, and here's my conclusion.
The figures always arrived very well packaged, truly exemplary.
The quality has always been perfect; I've never found a flaw in any of the figures.
There are no payment options where you can prepay taxes and customs duties; these are always added upon delivery.
I see this as a minor inconvenience.
It would be nice if the three shipping options were always available for all figures. For figures with larger packaging, often only the slow (cheap) or express (expensive) options remain.
Prices range from good bargains to quite expensive, especially since the aforementioned taxes are added on top.
Some more payment options for western customers like Klarna would be very nice to see.
But the quality has always impressed me, and I will definitely order again.

I ordered three dolls from the retailer Solaris Japan on 01.12.2025 as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. It was clearly stated that the order would be delivered in 5 to 10 business days. It was not clearly stated that an additional payment would be required for such delivery. I also wrote a rush order to which they replied asking for my understanding due to Black Friday and did not ask for an additional payment for express delivery. Today, 6 days before Christmas Eve, I received an email asking me to pay a small amount for express delivery because regular delivery is not possible due to the size of the package (how could they not have known that right away?). Otherwise, my order will be delivered in 2-4 months!! For these reasons, I am very dissatisfied with the retailer Solaris Japan. In my opinion, they should clearly state that regular delivery takes months, and that you have to pay for the delivery they state on the website. Zeljko Bratkovic from Croatia

All orders placed have arrived in perfect condition.They protect the packages incredibly well. The waiting time is relatively quick, from 10 to 15 days.Sometimes it is delayed due to causes beyond its control, for example, the US government shutdown.That time it took almost 2 months because the packages have a layover in that country.In summary, recommended

have ordered off there tons!! i love how it says how much shipping would be before you put it into your basket or anything

no extra hidden fees or anything, frequent updates where possible

there was 1 time i had a bit of a fluke, shipping was taking a while with no updates (japan - uk) and i hadnt recieved any updates in almost 2 weeks, customer service reassured me that they would be able to refund me if anything had went majorly wrong and then it just turned up at my doorstep

Solaris was my first import of figures directly from Japan. So I placed a huge order there. The order arrived right on time and was very good packaged. Nothing was damaged, even at this long distance and I had some very fragile figures ordered.
Of course I had to pay a quite large sum of customs, but that was to be expected. For what I got it was a great experience and I will order again here in the future.

The quality is always great, the packaging is outstanding and the delivery is fast.

I have used Solaris Japan once prior back in college, and with what I was looking for this time around, they were my go to place. Solaris Japan had many of the items I was looking for, some of which I was surprised to find. At the time of purchase, Japan Post has suspended most shipments to the US due to the new rules. Thankfully, after talking with customer support, I was able to ship my purchase through FedEx. Once the quote was sent, shipping was quick, and I received my package. I am very glad for my purchase (everything was as expected), and I would gladly do business again!
