Contacted Solar generation via their online inquiry form on a Sunday, received a call first thing Monday morning to arrange a site visit, Rich from sales was friendly, polite and didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't need.
The installation team were friendly and professional, they treated our home with repect.
The equipment was installed by Raymond and his mate, very neatly in a cupboard in our utility room , the roofers also were very good , no rubbish was left behind.
So refreshing to deal with such a professionally ran company, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Customer service post installion has been horrendous. Have rang on several occasions and was told someone would ring me back to deal with the issue but still waiting on that phone call.
If you have a problem with your system, it seems they don't want to know.

I found the Solar Generation team very efficient and actually had my solar panels installed over a week before the scheduled date. The installation was very quick and efficient; less than one full day. If I have any slight issue it's around the equipment dropping internet signal. I can usually get it sorted eventually but can sometimes be time consuming and a little irritating. However the first time it happen Solar Gen did send someone out to help me so that was a very supportive service.

We had intermittent connectivity issues after install but Solar Gen sorted this after a couple of visits and the system is now operating perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a solar install.

Had our panels install in November there was a bit of a wait, installation was very professional and very tidy. They followed up 6 months later to make sure we were happy with everything and all was working as it should be. Would highly recommend using Solar Generation.
