I was very pleased with service and advice given from my initial contact via a Fb advert to completion from Ovo. So refreshing to find a friendly
company that communicates at all stages of process and completed the job on schedule especially in the wintery conditions.

The company kept me informed throughout the installation process. The installation team were very professional and knowledgeable although they didn’t drink much coffee. They were very friendly and respected my property.

The solar panel installation was completed so speedily and efficiently. The whole team worked extremely well together - Lewis and Scott installed the panels really quickly and Dallas and Harrison completed the electrical work with the battery etc. really well, including a thorough explanation of the workings of the app.

So Ovo beat my last supplier by £1800 plus I have a 10Kw battery.
On the day of installation no issues the engineers fantastic no mess.

Having always been sceptical of whether solar panels were realistically going to save money, I was impressed how OVO overcame my scepticism and from initial discussions to post completion every person I can into contact with has been excellent. I would willingly recommend them to others.

I shopped around and OVO gave me the best system at the best price, the team answered my million questions, I was never put through to a call centre all handled locally, post install they are still on hand which is great.

No pressure selling, if fact it was me probably pressuring upgrade deals.

The system was fully installed in two days, it's a neat job and everyone from the scaffolders, roofers and electricians where friendly and approachable, the team worked like a well oiled machine and there was a clear project manager taking charge of everything.

I also liked that the team considered the future not selling me a system which is already running a max capacity and the upgraded me to the latest generation. I find myself always looking at the Fox Cloud 2.0 app to see what the system is doing. A few friends have already asked me about the system and are impressed.

Additionally I get the install SEG rate from OVO who are very good and you can collect free panels through them, there is no tie in and I'm free to move to another provider.

First class experience from start to finish! Kept fully informed of progress with the installation team arriving on time on day one. The lads worked in appalling conditions spending all day on the roof in torrential rain - I couldn’t even get them down for refreshments! Very friendly and helpful, they were respectful of property, clean and tidy, removing all rubbish at the end - highly recommended.

An excellent service made all the better by friendly staff and a great back up team. Ellie was responsive and always happy to help. A very good experience all round

Simply outstanding. Throughout my process of dealing with OVO Solar & Heating the team at the South Wales branch have been outstanding. Not only this but their installation teams (electricians and roofers) were outstanding producing an outstanding level of workmanship which is truly impressive, having a limited negative impact on the property itself. During the entire fitting process both installation teams talked me through the process, the likely impact on my day (powering down of the house electrics) as well as detailing the new system, which made me feel reassured with their knowledge and skill. Furthermore, they regularly asked for my input regarding the installation of items such as the battery, inverter and electrical equipment to ensure it did not have any adverse impact on my day-to-day life going forward. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Neat & tidy installation. The roofers were friendly & efficient. The electrician Dallas was excellent. Very friendly & cheerful despite having to return because of an issue with the inverter.

From the initial contact through planning, installation and follow up, the team were a pleasure to work with. All communications were clear concise and timely. Work was done at our convenience. The installation team were great, leaving the place clean and tidy when they finished. Follow up has been good to, linking everything to the grid and answering any questions.

Excellent from start to finish. Solid site survey, recommendations, good pricing, answered all questions promptly, scaffolders were great, core team installers all good with excellent professional teamwork, enjoyed meeting them all. After-sales service good esp. warranties. Relieved that our choice of company proved to be a good one 10/10!

Was a easy process from start to finish, install happened yesterday and Dallas was great, lovely bloke , Comms were great and system set up neatly and out of sight.

The guys had a difficult installation due to our roof tile system, so it was a bit stop-start which disrupted the planning and delayed completion. All the people were a pleasure to work with and we are happy with the outcome.

My recent installation of a solar panel,inverter,and battery system, by OVO Thames West, has been excellent.
Their team of technicians have provided a neat and efficient system. All communications were polite and effective, for which I am grateful.

From start of enquiries &for me to compare with another 12 companies took less than 4 weeks to completion. Scaffolding up on Friday. Panels, battery & inverter fitted up & running on Monday scaffolding down on Tuesday. Well impressed would highly recommend
