Absolutely fantastic service and the earrings and nose wear is fantastic, both myself and young daughter use this jewellery. Especially for us as we suffer so bad with our skin and flair ups.
It's beautiful and always love the odd free gift oh and the points love these love a little bit off at the right time.

Brilliant company excellent products
Brilliant company, they were open and honest that the delivery was going to be later than expected and was in time for Christmas. Fantastic products my daughter has very sensitive ears these earrings are brilliant. I also bought the rings that spin which helps my daughter with anxiety and biting her nails have stopped. Able to wear earrings again!
I really thought my days of earrings were over after not finding anything that didn’t itch for over 20 years. Thought I’d have one last go after reading the reviews and seeing the prices were reasonable. I am now wearing earrings again and I love it! Also the company are so lovely with beautiful packaging that feels full of care. The right amount of updates and marketing deals that are actually relevant to me with things I want or need. I love solace jewellery!
I love solace jewellery, ever since I was little I always had trouble with my ear piercing , I used to get my infected lumps on the back of my ears. I love the jewellery because they don’t irritate my ears at all but they are still cute and fun designs. I love that you have the choices of gold and silver too! The customer service is really great too.

Yet to be disappointed
I have ordered many times from this company as I never been disappointed with the quality of the product on my children’s sensitive ears and value for money. We did purchase earring in the summer that unfortunately were defective and stones came out but they were replaced immediately with great customer service. I have since ordered for Christmas & will 100% be ordering again.

I really happy to have found this company . I’ve had issues with wearing earrings that really irritate my ears .
There is a great selection to choose from and the custom service is also very good . I noticed one of my earrings had an extra piece of metal on it and it then didn’t sit flush on my ear . Amazingly ,I was sent a new set of earrings. I was so pleased !
I also like the selection of necklaces and matching bracelets !! I was able to buy a bracelet with my points that I had built up!

In 2023 Solace Jewellery Customer Services went above and beyond to help me to find a necklace to make my daughter happy to wear jewellery again. They succeeded! I also bought earrings for our other daughter who was struggling with sore ears. She now isn't! Whilst on the website i accidentally happened to add a sparkly treat for myself to the cart and I am hooked. The Jewellery is beautiful, well made, and absolutely lives up to everything it says. I wore earrings on holiday, in the swimming pool, drenched them in sun cream etc etc and they are still as good as the day I bought them. I have made several purchases since, both as gifts for friends and for myself. Solace Jewellery are a gem of a company ☺️
