I received my items within 3 days and that was fantastic considering they came from Paris.
The only aspect which has not allowed me to give 5 stars has been the fact that I could not track my purchase; so my only suggestion for the future it's for Soljeans to provide a link which provides this service.

Do not be concerned about lack of order or dispatch confirmation emails. A Frenchman answers the Phone and the goods arrive on time. It is all good.

Probably a well organized fraud company. I already have 3 pairs of the same chino in different colors, so I order the black one from this site and I can say THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL ONE. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

Was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews. But have to say my expirience was absoloutly FANTASTIC.
Received my purchase after 48 hours as advised. All those concerned neednt worry.

Good shop and fast shipping and good price.

The jeans one pair to be kept and the other two to be returned. I have left a message for Kate to let me kknow how to do that.

I have phone and spoken to somebody who assured me she would email me with
a label, last week.

My concern is that I will not get them returned in time to have my money reimbursed.

So Jeans efficiently handled and delivered my order.
However I promptly returned my order as the jeans delivered were in a too light weight denim.
I noticed only at that point that there is no refund option on this site with only acceptance of an Exchange Voucher.
I have requested a refund on two occasions and have been told that So Jeans will be in touch to make a refund. Despite calling the Customer Services number, after two months there has been no contact. I have noticed that other customers have had the same experience, so I will make further contact with the company after which time I will need to make a complaint via my Credit Card issuer.
Please be warned that you may receive similar problems with this site.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Sojeans just before the new year. They took a little longer to arrive because of the holiday period. I tried to track the order using the parcel tracking number I was given, but unfortunately the tracking number didn't work. I contacted customer services a couple of times, trying to find out where my order was, but they couldn't really help me their end either because of a system problem with their parcel tracking. I did become quite anoyed, and was left feeling quite frustrated because I had no way of finding out where my order was myself. The people I spoke to at customer services told me to wait to see if it would arrive. I became quite angry at the vagueness of the response and asked for someone to contact me later that same day with more information regarding the delivery of the order. Fortunately my order arrived later that afternoon. The jeans were exactly as described on their website, and reasonably well packaged. I bought them at a reduced price, and they are definitley a bargain. They are a good fit and I am happy with them. Overall I am happy with the service I recieved from Sojeans, and would order from them again. Next time I hope their parcel tracking system works.

I usually only do online clothes shopping at Asos but was after some Nudie Jeans in the sales and they were sold out in my size. Found So Jeans and despite mixed reviews gave them a go a few days ago. Cool website, amazing prices, item arrived quickly and is as described. Grabbed another bargain there straight away and if that arrives quickly/proves hassle free too I'll be a confirmed fan.

I purchased these jeans over the Christmas period after not being able to find them anywhere in the stores and was lucky enough to grab them for half price. The only thing that worried me was there was no confirmation email received once I had made the purchase or any delivery emails sent to keep track of my order. I thought this may have been becaus eit was busy over Christmas and the company may have had limited staff on hand so I gave them a call on their customer service line. A real person answered the phone after 2 rings and assured me my order had been placed. She was really pleasant and I would buy from this site again based on this customer service experience.

I ordered a pair of Replay jeans and a Replay shirt and they arrived within the agreed timescale.

The shirt was too small so I emailed kate@sojeans.co.uk stating I would like a refund (the website only offers exchanges or vouchers). They were more than helpful and within an hour of me dropping shirt of at the post office and emailing the bar-code number, Kate had emailed me to confirm my refund value.

I also got a further discount voucher offering 15% of and valid for a year.

Absolutely superb customer service and I will definitely be using Sojeans again.

product is very good but so long for shipping

After visiting several stores and numerous online retailers this was the only site that had my size 27/30. The jeans have just arrived, took a little longer than I thought they would. They also got sent to my home address when I requested they be sent to an alternate address. Thankfully I was in so it turned out fine. I'd buy from this site again.

Great site with good choice of smaller sizes (I'm a 24 waist in jeans and sometime hard to get smaller sizes). If they arrive to schedule I would definitely use regularly.

I am still waiting for my delivery after a week. I had to go out and buy a pair of jeans due to these not turning up on time. Overall very disappointing !!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES AND LIARS DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. YOU MAY HAVE RECEIVED GOODS AND BE HAPPY JUST KNOW BUT IF YOU SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN AND IT GOES WRONG !!!!!! BE AWARE
