CENT'S Peacoat Black don't buy it bad quality fabric...

Brought CENT'S Peacoat Black last month look nice oh the website. After wearing it once fuzz ball on fabric appeared straight away and two buttons fell off. Had it less then two months an it looks like ten years old coat....bad bad bad quality fabric...

Great service, received items much sooner than expected, very happy!!

I received my order earlier than expected which I was very pleased with, i was kept upto date by email on the progress of my order the ony fault I would give Is I could not track my item. I ordered two pairs of Australian luxe boot which were perfect and exactly as described and photographed on the site. After placing my order I read some reveiws on the site which weren't really good, this made me abit nervous about order. These reveiws couldn't be further from the truth, this is a great service which I will definatly use again and recommend to a friend.

Good service

I ordered jeans but had to end them back due to a sizing mistake on my part. Sent jeans back and re-ordered larger size with voucher code I was sent when jeans were received and jeans arrived in good time. Can' t fault the service or the quality of the product sent out.

EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

Bought 3 pairs of Australia Luxe Collective boots, ordered on Tuesday, had confirmation email of order followed by despatch notification and a tracking number. Order arrived on Friday, delighted with the boots, fantastic quality and couldn't believe the price, wouldn't hesitate to order from Sojeans again or recommend them to friends.

good product - rubbish customer service

Product arrived on time - but to wrong address. Website seems not to pick up the delivery address but only uses the card address - I attempted to call customer service during their stated office hours and it was never picked up. I emailed and got zero response. Peut mieux faire!

Good web site, but customer service lacking

Web site is well laid out and comprehensive search options save a lot of time e.g. being able to only search for jeans in your size. However customer service is poor in my experience: numerous emails to customer services went unanswered. When I phoned customer services (office hours only) the response was we're busy.

Service great , but sadly not happy with the product

I feel the buying experience was great, but most disappointed by my replay luz jeans.
I went away for the weekend and wore them for the first time. As the day went on my skinny jeans were not skinny and were very baggy around the knees and loose around the waist. The material is not a product that can stay tight and I most likely Won't wear them again.
Very disappointing.
