Awful dreadful experience 3 months and over 30 emails 2 calls & no refund.

This has possibly been the worst online experience of my life. I was sent and charged for items I didn't order, they arrived by completely out of the blue. I returned them and they still have not received my refund (over 3 months). Someone tried to help, but then stopped emailing me, which was really disappointing. I WARN you they are a dreadful company with the worst customer service and they have still not returned my money and don't seem to care. I have called 5 times this week and no one speak English or seems bothered.

A great deal arrived in time. Somehow my name has an extra V in it? This request for feedback is in French of course but I could not see how to change the language.

Bad experience - SOJEANS never again

The only lesson in this all process is to NEVER ever make any other online purchase without review the website first. If only I had read all the reviews before...
For me it was the "not working tracking number" scheme... Since the begining and until 3 weeks later I wasn´t able to track my order, simply because they created a tracking but never gave the parcel to the postal company (i really I don´t understand how is this possible anyway...).
After several days of silence, no reply at all to my messages, was only after I started posting comments on facebook that they finally refund me.
Not even a message of apologies... nothing.
Doesn´t matter if now they come stating that they "solve my problem". The question is that others should be aware before they decide whether they should take the risk buying at Sojeans.

Lots of orders made

Great customer service in rectifying 1 issue that I have had .

But I have made numerous orders since and receive good correspondence from Kate and Co .... I really like using sojeans and will continue to do so.

Hopefully the tracking delivery process from IMX is back up and running soon so I can track shipment progress a bit easier.
