Fake silk and very unprofessional

Their so called pure silk pillowcases are definitely NOT in silk but in cheap artificial satin. There is absolutely no label on the products saying what material this is, where it is made, or instructions for care. Moreover the customer service is extremely poor and frustrating. I had to write 3 times and wait for 3 weeks before I got a first reply from them (about how to return the products). And when I finally got reimbursed (aftermore than one month of struggle) they did not even refund me the total amount I had paid! This company is not professional nor ethical and cannot be trusted at all.
