Been a member for years and always consistently good service and facilities but the last 3 months are making me reconsider. Choosing your own music at the weekend no longer seems an option as the gyms choice is blasted out and drowns any headphone sound. As with any service in this country people don’t like to complain as they feel like they are being difficult. Feels like it’s for the gym staff and not the clients.
Bit old machines, poor locker/shower/sauna facilities. Some branches are better than other . Waterloo, Borough are quite spacious and bright , I like going there. Good offering of classes and some fun class instructors! The one in Holborn is long due a proper remake and upgrade
i have just started using this gymnasium. I do like it the time table, plenty of spinning.
I like the changing rooms, darkish wooden lockers and masses of room. There are a number of stations where you could kind out your hair and make up.
there's also a steam room and bloodless shower which is good for relaxing in after a actually difficult workout.
The team of workers are help and seems to be in to health.
