The customer service I received was amazing and this was only for a very small part I needed. I have tried the contact us emails for several companies and most of the time I get no response. With Sofucorfan they got right back tome and helped me out in a big way. Thank You Sofucorfan!

We purchased beautiful outdoor fans for our new home and when installed one would not work properly. The help and support we received was above and beyond anything we expected. We received the parts we needed and complete instructions and didn't have to remove and replace several fans. All is working perfect now, looks wonderful, and we are thankful for the kind help we received all through this interaction. Great company.

I recently purchased a ceiling fan online and when I opened the box it was missing a screw and there was a scratch on one of the fan blades. I reached out to the sofucor fan customer service dept about this issue and they immediately responded. They sent out a completely new set of screws and a set of 5 new blades. The new parts arrived 2 days later. Was very pleased with their response and prompt shipping. Ceiling fan looks and works great! Overall great experience

I accidentally ordered the wrong remote and they offered to send me a replacement for free.

My son and I installed this ceiling fan in his bedroom, replacing a Hampton Bay fan that was unbalanced. The Sofucor fan came with excellent instructions and all of the hardware to mount it correctly. My son loves the fan and it works extremely well. I would buy a Sofucor fan again if I ever need one

Customer Service was exceptional in answering questions. My email was responded to within 24 hours to address my question in regards to a needed down rod. A phone call was also returned within 15 minutes so I did not have to be kept on hold. The needed 24" down rod was credited as fair compensation as I found the fan I ordered at a lower price at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. I am looking forward to receiving my order as the reviews are very positive for the style and function of Sofucor Fans.

Amazing customer service! Missing part was mailed immediately to me for one fan. And then while installing another fan, I dropped the cover to the light fixture and broke it - I emailed the company and they sent m a replacement, immediately, no questions asked.

I love my new fan. It fits perfectly in my refreshed office space. The brass/gold color housing is appealing and not too garish. The fan is quiet with no wobble or vibration. It has been running for 2 days so far. I made an inquiry to customer service and they responded quickky and completely. I will purchase another fan for another bedroom. Wish I could attach a photo of the installed product.

Had difficulty with a faulty remote. Tech helped me determine that the remote was faulty and then sent new transmitter and reciever. Promised in 7 business days ...arrived in 2 days. Great support!

I love this fan! Its very handsome, well built and works perfectly. I couldn't ask for more in a fan. Its much nicer than the standard options available at Lowes or Home Depot. Go with Sofucor, and you won't regret it!

I had an issue about rust on my outside fan and Sofucorfan replaced the rusted parts. I also love the fan.

Service like I have not experienced in a long time. I ordered a large ceiling fan and, in addition, a longer downrod which was not included with the fan. The downrod was damaged and they replaced it very quickly without question. Then when I realized l did not need the longer downrod after installing the fan, I asked if I could return it. They said you could return it, but the shipping would cost a significant amount of money so they told me just to keep it and they would refund my money for the downrod anyway. Wonderful customer service and great product.

Wow. Best customer service. We've ordered two fans and realized we need to use longer downrods in our sloped ceiling. Really liked the sleek design and didn't want to return the fans. Contacted customer care to see if they have extensions wires that we could buy. Response is very fast, courteous. They didn't charge me and even shipped it free of charge.

Great product and option for low ceilings. We really like all the fan speeds, color, and lighting options that make Sofucor more versatile than other brands. The customer service was great when we lost our remote control and needed a new one and further assisting connecting it to the fan. We highly recommend Sofucor if you're looking for ceiling fans.

I just needed a new light for one of my fans. Sofucor immediately answered my call, and the representative was courteous and informative. I had the new light, (and a spare!) within days.
