Our experience with SoftwareSuggest was thoroughly disappointing. They market their service as providing "highly qualified leads," but in reality, the leads were useless—unresponsive, uninterested, and far from qualified. When we requested a refund for these low-quality leads, they hid behind their "policy" and took no accountability. This feels like a bait-and-switch operation, where they charge high prices for leads that have no conversion potential. Avoid this service if you value your time and money.

They are sending us mails over and over even that we unsubscribed several times and also wrote them to stop spamming us.

I keep on getting their invite to write reviews and get paid with Amazon 10$ voucher, but when I wrote I didn't get any payment from them. I reached out to them. There was no response. The review was accepted and published, presently it's on their wall.

I wrote a review for $10(on 01/06/2024) recently about Ecwid lightspeed on Softwaresuggest. I was not rewarded up till now. The review has been published but I did not receive any gift card. Software suggest is a big SCAM. I contacted their support I did not get any response from them. Softwaresuggest send me my Amazon 10$ giftcard if you are seeing this.

At our company, we utilize SoftwareSuggest to swiftly filter out softwares that don't meet our quality or flexibility standards, thereby saving us time and money on testing and demos. Presently, we rely on SoftwareSuggest for comparing various products against one another.

Software suggest results are not research based. They show result only for companies who have paid to them. it's totally a commercial listing or rating

I wrote one review for Plottr, as their dev team had sent out an email that said after submitting a verified review, I would be sent a $10 Amazon gift card. I wrote the review, it's been published and verified, and I STILL have not received my gift card MONTHS later. I've tried contacting them several times and never get a response. Save your time and don't bother!

THEY ARE REALLY WORST .. THEY WILL PROVIDE GIFTCARD FOR JUST FEW REVIEWS AFTER THAT THEY WONT EVEN CONSIDER US VERY WORST SUPPORT.. NO RESPONSE FROM TEAM AND THEY EVEN DONT VALUE OUR TIME. FAKE COMPANY . FAKE PHONE NUMBER . VERY WORST WORST WORST USELESS TEAM..
