I will not recommend to buy software from this website. I was trying to fix laptop Microsoft office and bought licence key for immediate use for customer because website advertise immediate download. In reality have to wait for than 48 hours to get licence hey. Try chat online not working even at their time list on website, email was bounced and submit request website response was so slow. In the end have to get another licence key at another website same price and got licence key immediately.

Purchased in Office 2019 in December and everything worked. Purchased Office 2021 Pro in January and the link and key did not work. No response to issue / screenshot evidence from company. Very disappointing.

I received my Word 2021 download on my computer very quickly after paying for it online. The prompts to install it were very easy to follow and once it was downloaded I was able to use it immediately.
I fully recommend this company for it's efficiency and cost.

I paid for Office 21 and Windows 10 keys, they keys don´t work and a few hours later, my bank account had a transaction of £80.00!! Luckily because my account is protected against fraud, it didn´t happen. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I bought the key and it’s not working for Mac, i contacted the customer support and they said they can’t help and they can’t give refund , but in the site they mention they will offer refund. It’s cheating and do go for it

MS Office 2021 refused to install a number of times. When it did, apparently it was MS Office 2019! It also would not install with something related to an MS program from 2007 but the installer did not alert me to uninstall that program. (It wasn't necessary, just left over from years ago.) Eventually, I was able to install MS Office 2021 using the same downloaded copy that I originally tried to use.

I ordered a Windows product key. It did not work. I then tried to contact the company through their contact form, which resulted in a server error. I then emailed them, but haven't received a reply.

Scam windows 10 and 10 pro keys doesnt work

I have a new PC with nothing installed and the program they provided would not work on my PC. They instructed me to download an unverified version of the software from a non-Microsoft certified website. This is very dangerous because the setup files may contain potential viruses.

Moreover, the software product key they supplied cannot be registered or verified through the official Microsoft website. This situation raises concerns about the legitimacy and security of the provided software: -

Despite reaching out to them for months, I encountered unresponsive communication, with their replies often in a different language or non-existent. Do not buy through them because they are selling doggie software and refuse to issue refunds. I intend to contact my bank and report this as a fraudulent transaction.
