This is a illegal reseller of software

This is a illegal reseller of software. I bought in August 2024 a microsoft 365 package for 1 year. In Feb my account didnt work anymore. I got ill was finally discahrged in April and contacted support. THey refuse to help and say after 6 months iyts not their problem. so I paid for 12 months but only 6 months can be given. Microsoft said they pretended to be a company and closed all the accounts and I should contact where I bought from and guess what no help

After purchase I got code after only 2 hours. Also admin is so kindly and help me to install my software.
I hope we will do business again.
