Ordered Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business (MAC). Contacted via email support, no response received. They don’t have any phone number too. After 2 days they respond the email and fixed the key. They need to improve their support.
Small hiccup at first but smooth and quick service! Excellent!

I bought (by my own mistake) a version of Microsoft Office that was not compatible with the operating system on my Mac.
I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me. Their initial response was fast and a suggestion to try out an older version of Office was one that would be satisfactory to me! So far so good.
After my reply that I would very much like to try that and would gladly receive the updated installation code and download links I have not heard from the company again. In spite of my sending them a reminder for up to 3 times.
I have not been helped by customer service to this day.
UPDATE: Apparently my e-mail(s) got lost in the system. Directly after writing this review Softwarekoder.se reached out and sent me a download link for Office 2016 for Mac, which is working!

Bought a Windows 10 Pro license from Sweden, got the code one hour or so after the purchase, activated it via phone and everything works just fine and dandy so far!
Their customer support is friendly and their prices are pretty swell. Thanks!

Needed office, a quick search found softwarekoder. For me all worked well, office up and running in a few minutes.
Now, the company supply an “activation software” which is a bit dodgy, but scanned it and checked for certificates, seems ok.
