Ray was efficient in troubleshooting my problem and fully resolved my issue. He clearly explained instructions and what he needed from me. The wait was The process was easy. He was excellent and my replacement key worked .

After the hard drive on my iMac desktop quit, and a new one was installed, none of my Microsoft Office functions were operational. They were old anyway, so I purchased Office for Mac 2016. But I was having a terrible time downloading it! Ray Brian was your service expert that got my Office downloaded and functional. Ray was courteous and non-judgmental. Part of the problem lay in my operating system, OS 10.13.6 - a special installer was required - Ray was very patient with me and finally he had to operate remotely to get it done. But he persevered, everything works, and I am very happy with the results.

Thanks Adin for your help me setup my office 2019 and finding the right solution for my case.
