Today after 3 weeks they remove the access to the account Acrobat pro life time and I contact them, no response after a few hours. NOT BUY!!! BE CAREFULL of this guys...

Previously I wrote: Scam!!! I paid 39,- 35.10,- and 31.50,- Euros for three packages (all time licenses) and after one month (21.10.2022) they closed my account...today on December 04, 2022 I found on my credit card reimbursed all the payments. At the end I consider this being an unsuccessful business project, very ambitious at the beginning. Something like "Beta version". Had a problem with my Adobe account and Roberto sorted it out immediately. Highly recommend.

Bought their lifetime access to Adobe PhotoShop. Adobe have terminated access today. On the company name on their invoice the listed company in Florida is no longer trading. Different company name on their webiste based in Florida but cannot trace them. They don't respond to emails. BEWARE. They look like scammers. Going to bank to get refund.

Should've trusted my gut, but here we are. It's a clever scam. You pay once and then they give you temporary access to the software.

I have brought the lifetime Lightroom version but today they removed me from the access of Lightroom. Totally scam website, never try to waste money on that.

Have raised the dispute transaction with the bank. Have sent email about this but no response. Poor customer service.

Licences were revoked today. I knew this day would come but i hoped it would last a few months atleast.

Scam alert: they removed my access to Adobe Premier Pro even though I bought lifetime access. This company has just committed serious fraud. Do not buy from this company. Thankfully my credit card will refund me. Will be reporting this to the police.

'Your administrator for Softwaredigitali.com has removed your access to Acrobat Pro. This does not affect your access to other Adobe products and services. If you think this was done in error, please contact your administrator for Softwaredigitali.com

I bought what I thought was a licence to use Adobe. What I got instead was someone from this company giving me access to their business account for Adobe (is this even legal). It took ages for them to actually give me access (it was only after constantly emailing them that they did so). Fast forward two months and they have now taken away my access to the product, without telling me. So, basically they stole the money after pulling an illegal sale of a "license".
Steer clear of these cowboys. Very disappointed.

Same here. My lifetime access to Adobe Pro has just expired after 1 month. This is just a SCAM!!

False advertising and will be reporting transaction to the bank as fraud.

As others have pointed out, they advertised ADOBE Photoshop as a lifetime purchase even claiming you would get a free upgrade in 2023.

I just got an email from Adobe, stating that Softwaredigitali has removed my license and access to the product.

i bought the lifetime adobe illustrator and today i got a letter from adobe that these softwaredigitali has removed my acces to the account so now i have wasted my money. im going to the bank to report this as fraud. and btw the illustrator acces does not go to your personal account, you are going to get added to a company acount and thats not right. dont buy from these guys

Our team is very much satisfied with the software. Use with ease; fantastic with several templates and options. So far no glitches and issues.

I followed the instructions Software Digital gave me and my account with Adobe was active immediately. Be careful which account you select when registering if you have bought more than one software package on different days.
