What was good everything was straight forward to do no problems what so ever great stuff thank you.

Everything was done speedily

I down loaded the software and went to Activate the software with Microsoft. I was then told that the key I was using could no longer be used as it had been used to it's limed and I was to contact the seller but after sending them an email and getting it sent back by Microsoft mail. So need to say I am not at all happy..

Ordered at 14.10 today. Immediate emails to confirm purchase and provide Product Key and installation instructions. Instructions followed, Product Key submitted, package downloaded, installation completed and product activated. Ready to use 14.40.

I purchased this thinking I would get all that they were advertising. However, this is what actually happens. After securing payment, you are bombarded with advertising and irritating videos trying to talk you into upgrading to the Pro version which is a yearly subscription (which actually includes everything I thought I had already purchased).
I immediately requested a refund and then received another email (with even more irritating videos) saying that they could offer me a one-off payment of almost $200 for the Pro version.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase this. And, I will not be satisfied until I receive my refund. Let's see what happens, and I may come back and make return here to update you.
