Everything was smoothly.. easy to find most of pc software

Everything great with the orders, no problems detected, really good assistance if something happens or the code doesn't work.

I purchased a windows license in 2020 but now it's saying it's not genuine.

A couple weeks after writing this review, I contacted Software-codes again, and was able to chat with someone, who promptly told me that this product is a single-activation product. I found this frustrating, and decided to contact Microsoft to see if there was anything they could do to reactivate the software, since it was being used on the same PC, just a new motherboard. After being passed around at Microsoft, I was finally told that the copy of Office I had was an OEM install of the software, and that it was, in fact, only good for one install. At this point, what I find odd, frustrating, and deceptive is that the software I purchased from Software-codes was specifically listed as a “retail” copy of Microsoft Office 2019, which is obviously not the case here. While it is not illegal, per se, to sell an OEM license, it should be illegal to sell an OEM license that was specifically listed as a retail copy of the software, as this is misrepresentation of the product they are selling and what you are paying for.
At this point, I’m leaving my 1-star review, simply because I was duped with this purchase, and because it was so difficult to reach support.
In response to the seller’s reply: No, I NEVER received a response to my first two attempts, and it was not in my junk folders. I believe my third attempt at reaching someone was successful, simply/only because it was within their operating hours.

Have used Software-Codes several times in the past, and never had an issue, until recently. Recently, I replaced several components in my PC, including the motherboard. As I didn't replace any of the hard drives, the copy of Microsoft Office 2019 that I had purchased through Software-Codes was still intact. However, after launching one of the office apps, I received a message that my copy of MS Office 2019 is not registered. "No problem," I thought; I'll just re-register, as this happens with Windows products. I was given an install code, and I attempted to re-register the product through the internet, only now I was given the message that the license for my copy MS Office 2019 is not valid. At this point, I attempted to use phone activation, and that gave the same message. It was at this point that I decided to contact Software-Codes about the issue, and I received no response after two weeks. I sent another message to the company, and again have not received a response. At this point in time, I can only assume that the registration codes that Software-Codes uses are illegally generated, and that there is absolutely no support for if/when your copy of whatever software you purchased from them becomes void. Bad company, stay far away.
