Disappointed product not as described
The service was good, the advisors knew there product and was informative. Response time was quick. From start to finish in dealing with my sale. I had spoken To a few different people b4 I had decided, i was still checking prices as everyone is selling the same bed. RAF was upset and let me know about it cos he didn't get the sale. Update I've now had a chance to unpack my bed ready to assemble it as I've just moved into my flat. Bed is incomplete loads of things missing! No slats no legs... That's just the start. Now I cnt get hold of none of the sales team. Ive been trying to contact them, sent several messages via messenger. And WhatsApp. Plus tried calling but no luck.

Very nice looking bed
Very nice looking bed no pre drilled holes for feet so needed a drill to put them on apart from that looks gods few folds in fabric which I’m not happy with delivery was fast & the driver was really nice need more screws due to drill rounding them off

Really happy with this bed my sons…
Really happy with this bed my sons (aged 9 and 6) play safely on it at times and sleep well on it as no Sharpe edges it is very child friendly and well made .Currently at an amazing price for what you get too , Thanks again Soft Touch Beds.
