Not received product in 2 months, no response!!!

I have ordered an item April 25, 2021 but today is June 21 and I still did not receive it! I mailed them like 4-5 times but no answer! They sent me a link of amazon to track but every time I click it, just a black page opens. They are very fast to take money but too lazy to answer! I would never recommend them

Where is my order

I ordred on the 21st of march and l still haven 't Got ny items. I have sent them an email but i dont get any answer.
