They are for sure a scam company I order a pair of mens shoes and it took forever to get tracking info and then today I got an email saying my package was delivered at 2:41pm and I was here all day and nothing was delivered. I have to now dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT buy from this company they will scam you

Not very comfortable I don’t recommend

A joke of shoe. Paper thin insole, no arch support, hard slick bottom. No way a 12 hour shoe. Miserably misleading. The hard sole is painful after a few minutes.

Ordered size 40 they sent me 39. Didn’t fit. Contacted them they told me I had to pay to replace them. Contacted PayPal and got a full refund

Ordered two seperate times wrong sizes sent twice and last order sent one pair short Very unprofessional , at first refused to take back the wrong size,then stated yes you got all your order , then finally admitted had not sent and they would now send then
We are lucky we bought with PAYPAL, we have raised a dispute , scammers this mob not nice at all

I ordered a pair of white with red when first opened the bag there was an overwhelming smell of my thought formaldehyde made nose itch and sneezing,left them out to see if air would help did a little i them washed them very little bit better.. I received resonse from company right away supplier says normal for new sneakers (never had that problem) ventilate or put in bag with coffee beans and will disappear hmmmm

Once again sent wrong size ,and order 3pairs only received 2pair

I got my shoes on time.one week..there better then I thought they would be after reading some reviews. There comfortable. The rite size.mot bad.just started walking in them..not bad for the money

I will never order from this company again. I ordered on march 8,2024, and it’s march 20, and my shoes have not come. That’s 12 days. I don’t know if they will come, but don’t order from this company.. they are out of China. No telling if they will come or not

It took two weeks for delivery but they are great shoes. They fit perfectly and they look great. Amazon have these a lot cheaper and free shipping. Love the shoes overall,many thanks softsfeel.

There is nothing comfortable about these shoes, did not know at the time of ordering I was ordering something that would have to wait to be shipped from China. I should have learned my lesson by now, everything I have ever ordered from ads on these games ends up being a scam, or counterfeit products that don't work or they are poor quality products that was waste of money

crap happened to me!! I ordered a pair of shoes well over a mth or two ago, they did not put the numbers on my package only street name,same crap as all others,I contact them they blaim me,sayn I didn't put address correctly on it!!! So I talk to post office,(even they say it's the company's fault) & this company has the nerve to tell me give them 3 days to fix,I wait 2weeks email again & they state in email that I need to pay more money to have the item re shipped to me!! & It's my fault for not putting correct address- when I put my whole address on there,they made label,they labeled the package& sent out, mind you they have all my info-yet never stated anything,I have to continue to email them & now i get no answers- THERE FOR THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM- but best believe i will get refunded from my bank!! WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE,ITS A SCAM!!! funny how same issue I am having -& with several others have had same issues with this POS company - as I see here- SCAM ..SCAM.. SCAM... Scam of the first waters. Sent the wrong size, not willing to send the correct size. Not willing to refund. Don’t know if I can go to fair trading with this but will try. Be warned!!!! Do not order anything through Facebook.

I contacted their customer service. Received a partial refund and I guess it was fair. Even after following instructions for size, they are at least one size too small. The soles are rock hard. They are very light, just 1 pound for the pair. But, they are really beautiful. After looking at their return policy, it seems like even after an authorized return, you are not sure of getting a refund. At least, this is what I read. Returning them by mail will cost the price of these shoes. Their customer service was courteous and efficient and they credited my account. I will donate to a charity because I have no use for them.

The worst. I can't express it enough DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. They won't give a refund unless you pay for it to be sent to a non-existent address so they will never give you a refund cause your products will get lost in the mail. I ordered a pair for work and they sent me a size I can't even get my little foot into the shoe to try it on so of course they wont fit and I have emailed over and over and all they say is for me to send my shoes to : Hu Yue

Total scam, do not buy from this company, send wrong size out and then expect you to pay for there mistakes, then offer a 50% discount against another pair, but will only give you a 30% refund . Shoes are nasty plastic not worth anyone's money. Buyers do not fall into this trap. It's China based !!!!

I could not be happier with these shoes. I normally have to buy the most expensive shoes as I have knee problems and need alot of support. My shoes arrived in good shape, in the exact size I ordered. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I have had. After reading some of the negative reviews, I must say my experience has been totally the opposite. I plan to order more.

I ordered a pair for my daughter. Initially, I entered my address, once ordered the numeric portion of my address was omitted even though I entered it. I emailed support to provide again and to ensure my complete address had been captured for shipping and a little over 24 hours I received an email that my address had been captured and to give them a few days for a new tracking number. I received my order today and my daughter likes the shoes. She even liked the smell of the shoes. I read reviews after my purchase and honestly was feeling like I was going to have a similar experience as some of the other reviews. But I am pleased with the outcome. I ordered the shoes on Feb 24, 2024 and even with the address hiccup I received the shoes today (Mar 7, 2024).
