I’ve been a loyal customer for years—and it’s not just because their products are top-notch. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding customer service. They actually respond when you have questions, concerns, or tech hiccups. Let’s be real: life happens, things go sideways—but it’s rare and refreshing to find a company that treats you like a real person, not just a ticket number. These folks seriously rock. I can’t say enough good things about both their products and their people. They genuinely care about their clients—and that’s a wow-worthy experience every time.

Scammers. Never trust on their software anymore. Bullshit.

I like Softorino’s software products. They offer user-friendly applications for both Mac and Windows that simplify tasks like media management and file transfers. For example, WALTR PRO allows seamless transfer of various file formats to iOS devices, and Folder Colorizer 2 enables easy customization of folder colors on Windows.

I had been using products from Softorino for years & went with the annual subscription when it came up. However, in the past months my lifestyle has changed to where I did not actually use any of the apps at all anymore. I forgot about the annual subscription until the charge showed up. Not expecting much I emailed to see if I could cancel right away or would I have to wait a year. They went ahead and canceled and refunded me immediately.
Their customer service is definitely geared towards the customer (how refreshing) and their products are excellent, I just don't need them anymore.

I purchased the Universal Licenses in December 2024 with high hopes of using a suite of applications that would support my needs. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustration, and the support I've received so far has been inadequate.
SYCPRO, one of the apps included in the package, worked for a while but then stopped functioning altogether. I immediately escalated the issue to customer support, hoping for a swift resolution. An engineer initially accessed my laptop and fixed the issue with SYCPRO, but within a short time, the app stopped working again. The other apps I reported as not working were not looked at. This was already disappointing, but I decided to give it another shot.
I rescheduled for a follow-up appointment on March 17. Customer support was unable to make that date, so it was moved to March 18. Once again, the scheduled time came and went without any resolution. I requested a new date and heard nothing back until March 24—nearly a full week later. At that point, I requested a meeting time for the engineer to access my PC and directly troubleshoot the issues.
As of March 25, 2025, only one of the apps is still working. I finally received an email at 8:45 AM on March 25th asking for more information, which felt like an attempt to delay matters further. This ongoing back-and-forth is exhausting, and I feel like I'm being jerked around. The issue could likely be resolved much more efficiently by having the “EXPERTS” at Softorino fully investigate the situation and perhaps reset the licenses, reloading everything on the portal, so a simple reinstall and activation of the apps.
The lack of responsiveness and delay in fixing the apps is extremely frustrating. I paid for a service that is not working as advertised, and the support process has been riddled with poor communication and unnecessary backlogs. It’s hard to trust a service when they can’t even follow through with basic support commitments.
At this point, I’m deeply dissatisfied with both the functionality of the apps and the lack of urgency from customer support. Unless things improve drastically, I am strongly looking forward to advise potential other customers to reconsider their purchasing said applications. I feel like I'm still nowhere near a proper solution after several months and have lost customers because of the lack of service. I have been trying to get apps to work since January 7, 2025. Paid money for little to no applications working and little to no help from Softorino

Great customer service

I have been using Sync2 for years, and have been able to convert YouTube music videos to MP3's and successfully transfer them to my laptop and iPhone. Well, it was time to install the app to my new fast Dell laptop. Turns out Sync2 has been replaced by an improved version SyncPro! I purchased a Universal Lifetime License a few years ago. I had a few difficulties with the install, probably because i tried installing the older Sync2 first, and then SyncPro in addition. ( I'm guessing they clashed, as i had problems with activation). Support was very attentive, although initially a bit slow in replying (not bad for support people stuck in the middle of a war). Finally up and running, and works like a dream! Now i can add more of the songs I've wanted to my MP3 collection!
The Softorino site has an excellent FAQ and troubleshooting section, and shows several other available apps.
The previous Sync2 app included its own integrated browser, but not in SyncPro. Now just copy the YouTube url from your current browser. Very intuitive interface.
Definitely a conversion app worth having. Makes converting those music videos and transferring them to iPhone a breeze! Works well and fast with wifi transfers to iPhone, without all the "Trust" hassles. I haven't tried transferring videos directly, but suppose to work just as easily.

We have had an excellent experience with the products from Softorino, with special emphasis on SYC Pro and Walter Pro. They are used regularly with top notch results.

Very easy to buy and installation a breeze, I use different colours for different departments and make a folder on windows for say Heart Health, Running Club anything you want colourize and use them all the time. It is an excellent program and won't break the bank. For the price and the ease of use you really should use it! I highly recommend this program and would recommend to anyone. You won't be sorry believe me!

It is a great collection of apps that help me in my work and personal life.

YouTube Downloader is a must for collectors or folks like me who need to capture videos uploaded by the other side.

PicFinder is great for images for presentations and backgrounds for your computer.

Don't discount how useful folder colorizer is for organizing your work.

I’m very satisfied with the results I’ve gotten from their software.

I find it difficult to justify the cost of a “Universal” license to Softorino apps since many do not work on MacOS and/or iOS & iPadOS. The ones that do work are OK; but, these tend to be things not used very often.

I have been using Softorino apps since I first got Waltr over twelve years ago. Now we have Waltr 2 and Waltr Pro. It just keeps getting better.
I found this and the other apps that they develop are useful, well designed, and easy to use.

Don’t buy i have almost all life time subscription on most of the app now they just add AI for nothing and stop supporting app that they said lifetime license and forcing people to get yearly subscription
