I couldn't activate the Microsoft, apparently the long code number was no longer valid. I'm really confused about all the steps I had to go through, the various long numbers I had to type in and I'm not sure I can find the ID number the support requires to activate this for me. I'd liked to have given you a much higher rating but the anxiety has been very high.

Loads of places offer Microsoft software at heavily discounted prices and you're never quite sure what's legit: SoftMall has a link to the Microsoft partner website showing their official status that actually works. Sure enough, though the activation process was a bit convoluted, I received the codes I ordered immediately and they worked no problem

Easy purchase. Automatic mechanism for applying lifetime licence key. Loses one star as you need to install Onedrive, Defender and Onenote for which there is no licence key.

I have asked repeadly in the chat where my installed purchase is. I installed Microsoft Office 2021 as I have a Mac OS Big Sur. Installation was successful, but I cannot find the actual application anywhere.
When 'Paul' the assistant does not respond I get this meassage: Thanks! You'll hear from us at:
(My email). I have not heard from you in 3 days, in fact your customer experience survey is the first response. as a result its extremely negative. either respond to my quesry or refund me my money.

Bought Microsoft Office 2024 for Mac and it was the cheapest I could find with big discount. Instantly available with clear and straightforward instructions. Very happy with the product.

Mine doesn't work. I tried to activate it and the serial numbers do not work. I have emailed twice and only received one answer. I'm not happy.

Everything’s sorted out and working fine now — thanks to Paul for the help! We both worked long hours past midnight to get everything fixed, and I really appreciate the effort to make things right.

Microsoft Office keys are not for personal use they are only for businesses so will not work

If it hadment been for your online chat function - my experience would've been completely different!

I had a security warning from my AV software when I tried to download the software. I reached out to customer sevices and Paul suggested I disable the AV temporarily or I could have a refund. I put the download site URL into my AV software and it worked fine. Within a few minutes I had the product installed and activated and all is working fine. So thank you Paul for replying to my email promptly (many companies just ignore you!). I would recommend Softmall as a trusted supplier.
