Used a few years ago - worked. This time, no response (4 emails sent), no key.

all good - price excellent - just wished you could change username

No support, can't change email and password to mine to have full access .. I felt like I was scammed.i ended up uninstalling because I didn't feel safe

Purchased Canva Pro and ended up with Canva for students - the free version anyone can use.

I bought a office product from this website and all of the functions are not working as stated in description.

Purchased 1 key of office 2024 to use on 3 devices, it didn’t work and was an invalid key. I emailed them to fix the issue, they emailed me with another key which had already been used the maximum number of times, there I could not use it. I then asked for a refund, however instead of processing my refund they send me a new key. I had to buy a key from another website as this website is no longer reliable therefore why am I going to continue to chase them for inferior products. Give me my refund.

The product works very well, and it's affordable.

Great product prices and fast to order and receive keys. But Instruction on my first purchase were incomplete and partially incorrect. With my second purchase I received the keys but no instruction how to set up the installation. As I work in IT I was able to figure it out but sales support was lacking, hence only 2 stars.

I've used this company before with no issues. However, this time they have supplied multiple non working keys and their support is now ignoring our emails and refusing to issue a refund. We will now have to request a chargeback through our bank.

Very disappointing. If you are reading this, save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

They sent me a key that was used and now they refuse to refund me the money, they took a long time to help me so I bought another key somewhere else and now they say that their key did work even so I prove that it didn't work and that I have another key, DO NOT BUY ON THIS PAGE, there are places where they sell cheaper and the keys do work.

The key was a volume licence key that had already been registered over the volume. It didnt work. Caveat emptor.
