The company used to create the best products few years back, things we could rely on... Now everything is buggy and support is non-existant. Don't expect them in emergency situation to solve your issues... We're moving to alternatives of Virtualizor right now because of their broken software.

Probably the biggest con I've ever…
Probably the biggest con I've ever seen. Not only do they deactivate 1 month licenses with no reason they ignore and ghost all and any emails to support. If you want an actual legitimate license you'd be better off not trusting this actual website that cons people out of their money. Never seen such a disgraceful act of highway robbery, Probably would never trust them again.

Great and highly skilled customer service agents! I had a issue with installing Softaculous on my server, so I wrote to them to get support. They are best on customer service, and know what they are doing. Thank you for very good customer service! You are the best!

Very user friendly panel you can use
almost all functionality provided and anyone having basic knowledge can perform .
but if you stuck you wont be getting good support as the support person are not that knowledgeable and there is always delay in replies you keep doing followups and also keep explaining the same issue multiple times .
