Money taken but not sent to recipient

Payment is withdrawn from bank account and nothing arrives at the seller.
Klarna support cannot see the Transaction even with transaction code and states to just wait for 5 - 10 business days for an "automated" refund.
Another Automated system where no one knows what happens and a support that cannot do anything.
First times used and never again.
A second contact to the support was rewarded and i was asked to contact a special Klarna Department.
I asked if i could contact them now and was told i can try.
The call went to an automated line which told me to call from Monday to Friday and i was outside the time frame.
What an unprofessional and useless experience.
Update: The issue happened not with one but with two payments.
An untrustworthy service.

Please don't do business with Klarna…

Please don't do business with Klarna Sofort. They indicate that something went wrong with the payment and then send you from left to right. They offer no support at all. They can still learn a lot from credit card companies that are there for you as a customer and not for the webshop.

This is the messages I have received from Klarna - Sofort.

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding a payment disturbance during a Sofort
- Pay Now transaction.

In this case the response time of transmitting the TAN was exceeded and
your bank did not confirm the transaction. Because of this we did not
confirm this transaction as being sucessful to the merchant.

Please contact the merchant directly. Because you pay directly to the
merchants account, only he can refund you the money after this has been
credited to his account.
Contact the support the merchant with a screenshot of your bank statement
on which the debited amount and the reference are visible.

Please excuse the inconvenience and we hope that you will use the payment
method Sofort - Pay Now in future."

How is it possible that the bank has apparently not confirmed the transaction but that they can debt the transaction from my bank account?

Pleas don't use Klarna - Sofort!!
