I telephoned the Swindon store on Monday 18th May and spoke to Shanelle, who was so helpful. She helped me to order a sofa online and stayed on the line to help me, when I paid the deposit.

Excellent in store customer service
Can highly recommend Sofology Swindon. Excellent customer service from the whole team. Helpful and friendly staff
Staff in the Swindon store were all super helpful, both times we visited the store. The radleigh sofa we chose was not available to view in-store, but we were able to view an alternative sofa which was similar. All our questions were answered and the purchasing was straightforward. Special thanks to our salesperson Marta, so friendly and helpful.

Impressive Staff
Helpful staff (Delphi)that gave us answers to all our questions without trying to push us on a sale, giving us time to come to our own decision.
The staff also knew their product were very polite and very easy to talk to which made the whole experience enjoyable.
