Great selection of sofas and the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They really took time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and suited my needs.

What I liked about this experience, was from the moment my friend and I walked into the shop we were made welcome and were not hounded by staff when we were looking around (which can be so annoying). The salesman Harrison couldn't be more helpful,( such a lovely guy) he had the patience of a saint as we were in the shop a good few hours picking and trying different sofas eventually settling on a suit. Compared to other shops we were in that day I would say Sofology had more of a different selection and reasonably priced.

Aida was very helpful and informative without being pushy. The showroom at Straiton had a good selection of sofas and we were able to find one that suited us.

The lady that served us was excellent , I was very happy with the sofa and can’t wait for it to arrive

Jonathan was the best salesperson!

We were allowed to browse at leisure without sales people hounding us all the time.
When we did ask the staff for advice they were knowledgeable and helpful. Still didn’t pressure us into a decision.

Excellent service and great support from Jonathan in helping us to make the right choices for our new home. The product range at Sofology was excellent, with good practical help and advice from Jonathan, who showed a lot of empathy and understanding regarding what was importance to us. No hard sell, just genuine good customer service, from someone who was very professional and knows his subject well.

Came to the store to look at a sofa we thought we wanted, only to find we selected another altogether. Stuart was very helpful and supportive and treated us with kindness and respect, and asset to the company for sure, once we knew what combination we wanted to go for Stuart helped us finalise the sale and made sure we were aware of what we were buying etc. great store and everyone super friendly and helpful

Buying a new sofa can feel daunting, especially when you’re looking for something a bit different from the standard options. When our search brought us to Sofology in Edinburgh, we were immediately looked after by Jonathan, who welcomed us and offered his help. My wife and I usually prefer to browse on our own, but Jonathan’s approach was relaxed and never pushy. It was clear from the start that he genuinely wanted to understand what we needed rather than just sell us anything.
He showed us a range of options and clearly explained the different configurations and finishes available. In the end, he managed to find the “sofa unicorn” we’d been searching for. Across both of our visits, Jonathan was patient, attentive, and professional—even when we ended up staying past closing time.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with the experience and are now looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa (The Riviera - 3 seater motion chaise).
