Very helpful advice
Very helpful advice. Explained how sofa cushions and seating was manufactured and also provided details about cleaning. Also showed me a variety of chairs when the one that I was looking for was only available online.

Excellent customer service
The customer service that we received was absolutely excellent! Steven was friendly and helpful (but not pushy) and the fact that we could pay a deposit and do direct debits for the rest made our new sofas much more affordable. Would highly recommend.

There was no pushing to buy, the sales man was extremely helpful in advise about leather colours being slightly different in show room compared to in house.

Great experience
Great experience, Colin went through everything that our couch offers, he took time to explain fabrics, help us choose between a 2 or 1 seater to accompany our main couch. He helped with the colour choice. Nothing was too much of an issue

Lovely staff
Tonia was great. So helpful and friendly. She was happy to talk through all the options, let me play around with the sofas to get a feel for them.
All the staff were really knowledgeable and able to answer all questions I had.

The importance of a good sales person
The sales person Harrison was great showed us different fabrics asked us about room size what would we be putting where informed us on parts of the settee would fit our room shown us what the settee will look like on his tablet all n all a very good sales person came away looking forward to my settee arriving .
