We placed our order on 21st September after being persuaded to proceed that day, as we were assured it was the last opportunity to purchase the sofa and have it delivered before Christmas. It is now 22nd December, and we still have not received our sofa.
Since placing the order, we have contacted your team on three separate occasions and have been given three different delivery dates. Each time, we are told that we will receive a call and that delivery should be “any time soon”, yet this never happens. On 20th Dec, I was informed that the sofa has not even arrived at the Poole store.
This situation is extremely frustrating. Not only have we been waiting far longer than promised, but the lack of a clear timeframe makes it impossible for us to arrange the removal of our current sofa. It is now evident that the sofa will not be delivered before Christmas, despite the assurances given at the time of purchase.
When we placed the order, we were told to expect contact within nine weeks. This has clearly not been the case, and the repeated misinformation regarding delivery dates has only added to our frustration.

Fantastic service, Bernard was brilliant! We didn't expect to buy today but because we found a sofa we loved and Bernard was able to help us get the size and colour we were looking for, he explained everything very clearly and was a delight to deal with! I ordered my sofas in September and was assured I would get them by Christmas, this morning 14th dec I had a message to say they are in the warehouse and to book a slot, only to be told there are no slots now before Christmas 😡.I would have thought September would be plenty of time. I am VERY annoyed and upset about the way I have been let down by your company considering I have now been reduced to sitting on garden chairs with the rest of my Christmas guests. ,!!!

The sofa has now been delivered, on time, as originally advised by the Sales Team.
Exceptional service from start to finish, with follow-up emails, texts, and calls by the Delivery Team, who added to the whole exceptional experience by being quick (despite having to dismantle and reassemble to get it in), courteous, and leaving our place clean and tidy.
They set everything up, and didn't leave until we checked everything, including functionality.
The Sofa and footstool are of exceptional quality, very comfortable, and made to last.
It appears that Sofology even cleaned and treated the Sofa before dispatching it, as we had purchased one of their display models.

As soon as I walked in I could tell the difference from the other furniture store I had just left. They made me aware that they had seen me entering but didn’t pounce on me again like other store that you’ve just put one fut in and already asking questions. I spoke to Jason to start with whose knowledge of the product was very impressive. But no hard sell which I really appreciated. I’m disabled and again they gave me all the time in the world. The chap tha took my order (sorry can’t remember his name but i know he has 3childfen!!)was again so helpful giving me time to sort out payment etc. my speech goes as have ms and sometimes can be made to feel very awkward but not so here! I have already sung the praises of not just the sofa but the staff. Highly recommend it!
