Nicole is a lovey, friendly and excellent sales executive

The lady that served us was new to the job, but she had a lovely manner and gave us great service.

The sales man who saw us 2 weeks ago was very friendly and easy to approach. He never made us feel pressured into buying the sofa the first time. We went back today to and made our purchase of the sofa was great experience and very friendly staff especially who helped me and my partner. He made sure we was happy with our purchase and could not be happier with this staff. I hope he gets recognised for he’s kindness and patience he had with us on the 1st visit and today. two and three seater sofa of a type already selected at a previous visit. Nicole provided further information after which she conducted the sale which was very professionally executed. Well done.

Highly unsatisfied with the entire order to delivery to post delivery experience. Once the payment is made there is practically no one to talk to you for any kind of resolution. Processes are broken, lack of communication, non-existing customer service, defective products branded as new.
