Me and my partner were in store and couldn't settle on a sofa for 4 days! Aaron at the Inverness branch was so patient and helped us every step of the way until we finally choose the dream sofa for us!

We visited the store in Inverness for the first time last weekend. We browsed without any pressure and asked one of the staff(Julie) for information about a sofa we were interested on.She answered our queries and we then set off to have a further look around. We returned to the sofa we were interested in and approached Julie for further information.She was not pushy at all and we were comfortable in proceeding to the sales process. Everything was explained clearly to us and we look forward to the arrival of our new sofa.

I went to Sofology in Inverness wanting a new sofa but not sure of exactly what I wanted. Aaron & a lady rep was very welcoming and took time to go through options that day id been to Black Bridge & Dfs. Because of the great service and time spent with me I managed to find exactly what I was looking for and I placed an order straight away. Thank you. I highly recommend.
