I had a fantastic Experience in the Dundee store. The sales guy who looked after me was Matthew. He went way beyond with all his help. He knew his stuff. I was looking at several sofas and the guy was so knowledgeable and patient with me he knew everything about all sofa in there store. I was a bit off a pain to be honest, with all the questions I was asking. I was looking for a corner sofa with all the cons, speakers, vibrate options, lumbar support as I have a lot of problems going on with my back, so needed a sofa that can help support me better than most sofas. I also wanted a reclining seat built into my sofa and a console part with cup holders and storage. I was in the shop for over 2 hrs and the whole time the guy was helping me. He has fantastic knowledge of every sofa and the place. He was able to give me exactly what I was looking for by using his skills to put together the right sofa for me and to the exact style of what I wanted. Matthew is a polite and professional guy who helped me over and above. nothing was too much bother for him. I felt really comfortable around him and assured of him knowing the knowledge he had.

I did buy my dream sofa with the thanks to him pulling everything together for my perfect sofa. Can’t thank him enough for all his help, and a fantastic Experience he defiantly is the guy to go to if your looking for a new sofa, he knows his stuff.

Changing my 5 star review, which I was asked to leave. On receiving the order confirmation I realised two sofas had been ordered in the wrong fabric, different to the fabric for the chair. Did as advised and contacted Sofology within 48 hours. Told I would be contacted in 72 hours. Contacted the store who told me I was too late and would be charged for any “change”. The store assistant entered all the fabric details on a tablet so not sure what I “changed”. Tried again with Customer Services who repeated that I would be contacted in 72 hours. Waited 72 hours. Heard nothing. Called again to be told I would hear from the Admin Team by close of business on the third day. Pointed out this is not the same as 72 hours and we’re now up to 80.5 hours! Still waiting to “change” the fabric ordered. Very disappointed with this service and we haven’t even got past the order stage yet!

Absolutely great service and products to choose from. Good quality and many options available to suit my particular taste and needs. I would recommend to everyone. Very friendly approach and good advice offered.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, derek was absolutely super start to finish. Me and my partner had fallen in love with a sofa but couldn’t decide on what colour we wanted and derek talked us through and recommend colours that would fit with our day to day life along with our vision. He talked us through many different options and made us feel comfortable and was happy to answer any questions we had. The staff were so polite and the place was super clean. We left with our dream sofa and a smile on our face.

Easy to pay in the store or via interest free credit. Hopefully the delivery will be as stress free.
