The staff were friendly and welcoming. The sales assistant was very polite and patient. She took me to try out many sofas and talked me through every stage of my purchase.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Damian was very helpful and knowledgeable, advising us on the sofa features and which options would best suit my room’s dimensions. He showed me the available fabrics and was never pushy — just excellent customer service throughout.

No pressure sale
I went to Sofology maybe 3 or 4 times over a few weeks to view the sofa I eventually chose. Michael was on hand to explain all the different options and answer any questions without any pressure.

Very friendly and patient
Went to find a certain sofa but unfortunately it was no longer available 😢 but the salesmen were so patient with me 🤦♀️ I changed my mind right at the last minute before deposit 😱 and they never made me feel bad at all !! I am so grateful as I left knowing I had picked the right one 🤩 just the 12 week wait is going to kill me as I’m sat on garden furniture 🤣🤣🤣
