We were referred to Sofeast by a contract engineering firm we worked with here in the US. The entire experience has been great! From the early stages of manufacturing a brand new product to mass production, Sofeast's experience was a huge asset for us. I genuinely couldn’t have brought my product ShowerSpaah to market without this team. The build quality is excellent, and their ability to react to design changes and deliver fast fixes has been a major factor in my success so far. I visited their factory to oversee the first production in May 2024 and they did an excellent job.

They’re thorough and the communication is first class, clear, proactive, and always on top of the process. They consistently hit the standards I expect on quality, cost, and schedule.

We've worked with Sofeast a few times now and each time, we've been more impressed. We engaged them in the first place because we derived a lot of value from their blogs and podcasts and generally appreciate their openness. Moreover, as soon as you reach out to them, you'll notice how incredibly responsive they are, particularly Renaud. They're very organized and thorough with their processes. At one point, we hired them while we were on-site at the factory so we were able to see what they do firsthand. We were pretty shocked at how diligent and meticulous they were. They knew our product and assembly process inside and out. They were prepared beyond our expectations and because of this they spotted numerous QA issues in addition to providing suggestions for optimizations. In my opinion, Sofeast is an obvious partner to work with or at the very least give them a chance to see how they can help your business be successful.

Fabien and the team are absolutely amazing to deal with. I had so many questions and changes to the design and requirements. But they are prompt and skilled. Absorbing each change quickly and easily. I will continue to use them and I recommend their service.
