2 years ago I bought a rake recliner from Sofas and Sectionals during this time the mechanism broke 4 times now it's broken again, since the warranty ran out, they won't send the part I need to fix it. I had a tech out the guy said he has seen this allot in there chiars, beware if you buy from these ASSHOLES.

So my wife ordered this Recliner for me when we moved to Arizona last year. All the Furniture out here in the Furniture Store don’t match up to this Recliner it is by far the best recliner I’ve ever sat in. It stretches out the 7 1/2 feet long handles up to 500 pounds and is super comfortable. I’m a 6 foot three guy that weighs under 400 and I love this thing when I come in off the road all I think about is sitting in my chair so if you like to be comfortable, relaxed, sitting in a nice recliner to stretch out with your feet, not hanging off the End and it holding up to your weight. This is the best one that you wanna get. This Recliner is Called The Rake Beast Big Big Man’s Recliner Football Size. It’s a little Pricey but you won’t be disappointed BELIEVE ME the Color I got is Basil Special and it’s exactly what I was looking for.

Contacted the company to buy a second Rake Beast recliner. Service was terrific. Received color samples. Delayed decision. Re-made decision to purchase. Called to place order. Needed to wait for order to be completed, but well worth it. Order arrived as expected and we are enjoying it a lot. Oh and our first Beast recliner is still going strong!

We couldn't be happier with our Maverly sectional (Best Home Furnishings) and the customer service we received from Sofas & Sectionals. The cushions are perfectly plush without being too soft. The quality is outstanding-the fabric feels luxurious and durable, and the overall construction feels rock solid-HIGHER standard than Lazy Boy for much lower price!! I would recommend this sectional and company to anyone looking for top-tier quality, heavenly comfort, stunning looks, and peace of mind! 10/10 for customer service and 10/10 for satisfaction!!

I thought it would be hard for me to order furniture that I had never seen in person but Cory was so informative and helpful throughout the process that I felt very confident doing so. Unfortunately, the first sofas that I ordered had some issues that made them unacceptable to me. This is a true test of a business- to see how they stand behind their product and resolve problems. I'm happy to say that everything was resolved and I'm quite satisfied with the furniture we now have. Shout out to Sarah for listening to all of my issues patiently and helping me through it all. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We ordered our Marquis Reclining Sectional in November 2025 after receiving multiple swatches from the company. We ended up going with Southern Motion Brady Navy.

Since the fabric was out of stock, it took a while to be upholstered but still ended up being done way before the 6-month time frame we were given. It shipped the end of January and was delivered to our home in February.

The Brady Navy was a lovely color and accurate to the swatch. The upholstery was done very well although it could have been better for the wedge piece. Since the couch is custom ordered, they upholstered each part by hand. The wedge piece was a little snug and uneven but the rest of the couch was done very thoughtfully. We hope it will stand the test of time!

The shipping company forgot to include a power cord for one of the recliners but Sofas and Sectionals was kind to ship one immediately. Ours comes with the 5 year extended warranty.

It might be concerning to order a couch through a website instead of in person, but there are many people I had contact with throughout the process. Cory was especially helpful. The site really does work and our order was accurate. Thank you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company absolutely deserves it. From start to finish, the customer service was next-level—responsive, genuinely helpful, and they actually cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
And the couch? Unreal. Easily the best I’ve ever owned. It’s ridiculously comfortable but still looks high-end and put together. The quality is obvious the second you sit down—sturdy, supportive, and built to last. It completely upgraded the feel of my entire space.
Delivery was smooth, communication was clear, and there were zero headaches (which is rare these days). Honestly, this is how every furniture-buying experience should be.

I was leery of buying furniture online but the price was cheaper than the local store. So I did my research and this seemed to be a trusted company. I am so glad I did! Sofas and Sectionals had the best customer service right from the start. Quick responses from a real people. Recently the charger stopped working in the recliner and they were quick to order a new part and send a repairman to replace it. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I sent emails to the company asking for fabrics for a sofa. I had a chair upholstered so I had to get a fabric that went along with it. They sent me several swatches which made it easier to decide the perfect one. I received my sofa in great shape.

Everyone has been wonderful throughout the ordering, to the delivery, to the repair, of our Beacon 798. They've been courteous and very attentive to our emails. Sarah has been amazing to work with. So very cordial, professional, and on top of things. Our experience all around has been amazing!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Every interaction with this company has been pain staking. They continue to over promise and under deliver. First it was a "pricing error" which jumped the price of a sofa by nearly $2000!!! I was told via email, they would make it right. Next a manager got involved and did not hold to the email and phone conversation promise given by their employee. So we moved onto a more "affordable" option that would meet my needs. Worked for nearly a week with Cory to only be told a price that is $500 higher than a local retail store in my area (Southern Illinois). But was told "everyone" says they beat anyone's prices by THOUSANDS!!! One thing to note: The original couch I wanted was listed on their website for $7900 but when searching the same exact couch, nowhere on the internet could I find it for more than $3000. Over inflated prices and never followed through with their word!! I highly recommend staying local and being treated better than this company!!!

I bought a warranty and had an issue with a claim. So I reached out to Sofa's and they got the insurance company straightened out for me!

Since we were making a substantial purchase via a website, not seeing our sectional in person, I had many questions. Our sales rep, Cory, was very helpful & timely with his responses. We also spoke on the phone as well. The sale & delivery went without a hitch.
I would purchase through this company again.
