I have bought already 4 times from this company. As expected, they said that my last shipment was going to start shipment in 4 weeks and so I received it in a bit over a month. Delivered through FedEx, which keeps surprising me since it's furniture! Anyhow, my experience with them has been amazing every time I have purchased. They have some new styles now in leather that I'm definitely getting. I'm a professional photographer and at first I got a couple of chairs for a shoot. Now I'm getting stuff for myself! Thanks for the unbelievable alternative to uber expensive furniture!

Design is just as in the picture but…
Design is just as in the picture but cushions already started sinking after 2-3 days. (One person seating) i bought the sectional for 500. One of the leg came chipped and the fabric on the back of sofa was a bit ripped. Very strong chemical smell on fabric. Assembly is easy but the printed guide is a bit confusing to understand.
Good for the price but theres room to improve.

If I could give a lower rating I would. This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in my life and I will be taking this to the CFPB and Better Business Bureau. I ordered a couch and not only did it state it would be delivered on Friday, May 25th, it stated it would also be delivered on May 26th and May 29th AND NOW MAY 30th. Guess what! STILL NO COUCH!!
WHAT THE F!!
I pulled permits so the driver wouldn’t be inconvenienced with parking AND took off of work TWICE.
I am absolutely disgusted!!
First and LAST time I use this company EVER!!!

Don't buy from Sofamania
I hold them full responsibility of losing my shipment for the following reasons:
> 1. on a daily basis, I have checked the status of my order on your website and it does not say that My shipment was shipped.
> 2. I have not received a single email or a call that indicated that you have shipped my sofa. I have checked my junk email and there is not any email from you.
> On the other hand, I always receive you ads.

> 3. If there is a person to blame is the customer support staff that does not update me even with my case and I always need to run after them to ask about my sofa.
