Have just received our Archie 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa bed , in a beautiful ocean colour , I could not be happier , they are more lovely than the photos , really comfy to sit on , the fabric is luxurious . Everything went to plan and great delivery

Good value and quality
After doing a tour of all our local furniture stores, we hadn't found anything we liked or that was suitable for our room. We stumbled across Sofah from a Facebook ad so thought we'd have a look and instantly loved the the Archie collection. The showroom was a 3hr drive so contacted their team to ask a few questions and decided to take a gamble and order online - so glad we did. We bought the Archie corner sofa and matching chair. Our order was ready within the original 4-6 week estimate and was delivered in perfect condition. Both the sofa and chair are very comfortable and feel a good quality product.

I ordered a Josie style sofa in beige on a speedy delivery. The sofa was delivered within 2 weeks, and was unpackaged and set up for us. The sofa is extremely comfy and supportive with reversible cushions. Would definitely order again.

Very helpful and good communication.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a chair which had natural wood legs but as a neighbour took delivery he didn’t realise the dark black ones were incorrect. It was delivered on Tuesday 22nd and I have sent 5 emails telling them this and they haven’t bothered to reply. Also they don’t have a telephone line to ring so the customer feels completely helpless. I won’t be using this company again.
Update: They have now sent the correct legs so I am happy but I believe it took this review before they would contact me. I still won’t use them however as stated there is no telephone contact.

Service received was excellent, communication was very good. The sofas are as described, comfortable and look to be very well made, only problem was the colour of the feet on one sofa but contacted Sammy and they sent out replacements straight away, very please with the service.

The staff were very helpful and the chair I ordered arrived very promptly.

Having visited the factory showroom in Chorley I assured myself the sofa I had seen on line was comfy and well made. I don't normally buy articles of furniture on line but have to say the process was easy and I have been pleased with my purchase. Glad to support a local business too. The delivery men were well trained and very helpful. The quality of the sofa we purchased is excellent value for money and beautifully made. Thankyou !

Wicked, excellent service, quick delivery, great price, what more can I say!!

We bought a archie 3 seater sofa and a josie cuddle chair in July of this year. The archie sofah has been fantastic but the legs on the josie are not great, they move so to bow inward or outwards depending on which direction the sofa is moved. We have tried to firmly screw them in but then they are the wrong way round. Weve hardly sat on it incase the leg folds in and the thread breaks. The overall sofah quality is good and well upholstered.
We would’ve stuck to the archie if we had foresight.

I ordered two Josie sofas, which were delivered in around 4 weeks. I was kept up to date with delivery and the guys brought them into the room I wanted
The sofas are really solid well built pieces and they look great. At first I thought they were a bit firm but they’ve settled down to be perfectly comfy.

We liked the corner sofa we got last year so much we bought two more sofas! Comfortable, high quality and much quicker delivery than most furniture retailers, even though they are built to order. Great customer support too. And very competitive pricing.

Excellent service from Sofah, order placed and delivered on time. Initial query was dealt with in a timely manner prior to delivery. Extra item wasn't delivered at the same time, but my e mail was answered quickly and I'm awaiting delivery. Obviously this company place a high value on customer care.
