Very good experience.. from our visit to the showroom to the expeditious delivery of the item.
The sofabed works perfectly and appears to be very comfortable ( according to our 1st 2 guests who have experienced it ( one thought it was a little firm and would benefit from a topper.

It was the best shopping experience ever. Our dog had a great time running around the huge garden and our 3 year old had a wonderful time being looked after by the gardener. The layout of the sofas was excellent and we enjoyed the impartial advice given to us by Hayley. The sofas were delivered by two very professional people who made every effort to ensure they were put in place without marking the sofas or decor. The sofas are very well made and very cosy. Thoroughly recommend every aspect of this company

I found Sofabedsofa while searching for a new sofa bed for my guest room. I initially visited several shops but the sofas were either very expensive or of very poor quality.

The sofas from Sofabedsofa are very stylish and at the same time of very good quality. I ordered several fabric samples before deciding on the colour.

My new sofa bed was delivered and assembled yesterday. The delivery men were very professional and courteous. The new sofa fully meets my expectations. It looks just as good in my guest room as it did in the pictures. It is also very comfortable to both sit and sleep in.

I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a new sofa or sofa bed.

Great product. Easy and straight forward communications with company. Delivery took around 3 weeks from time of order. Sofa delivered to highlands at a small additional charge. Delivery drivers dismantled sofa to fit through the door then re-assembled. Would happily recommend the company.

The whole experience was superb, from my welcome at the lovely house where the samples are kept, to the advice and knowledge, delivery and final product!

Hayley always answered emails immediately and when I visited she very patiently opened every type of sofa bed for me to see each mattress! I am delighted with the end product.

Excellent - from requesting samples, ordering and subsequent conversations triggered by Sofabedsofa confirming the order, I had a phone call confirming day of delivery, (which was weeks before I expected, it being over Christmas and my ordering a little late), a text confirming the time and I'm delighted with the sofas too. I've only had them a couple of days, but quality of finish, materials and overall quality seem first class. A very happy customer.

Bought a Snap sofabed and very pleased both with the sofabed itself and the service from the company. They were very helpful in sending samples and checking we had made the right choice and then it arrived in only a couple of weeks. Very pleased all round

We had searched everywhere and were disappointed with what was available on the high street. After a lot of research we plumped for sofabedsofa.com. The main reasons were a quality bed mechanism and the ability to chose different sorts of mattress. We hate memory foam so opted for the pocket sprung mattress. Ordering was easy and the communication post ordering was excellent. The sofa bed arrived within the quoted 4 weeks, and we are extremely happy with the quality of the whole ensemble and the mattress is very comfortable - certainly the best sofa bed at this price point we have tried. Highly recommended.

The service we received was excellent. They took great care in not damaging anything. They removed and took away all the packaging, positioned the sofabed and showed us how to operate it. We were very pleased with their thoughtfulness to our home and us.

Was slightly worried about ordering a sofa bed on-line but needn't have been. From the samples we received, we close a fabric/colour and couldn't be happier. The Orbit sofa looks great, is comfy, and true to the fabric sample. From ordering samples, to asking questions, ordering and through to delivery, the service was excellent. We looked everywhere for a good sofa bed. Found SofaBedSofa online but as we lived within half an hour away, we visited Hayley in the showroom. Instantly realised this product was the best sofa bed we had come across and after being shown the very easy bed mechanism, placed our order immediately. By 4 weeks we had a call from the delivery company and 2 weeks later our sofa was in our home. Great customer service and a great product!
