Purchased a Luonto Belton from them during their President's day sale - great price, and great customer support when I had questions - calls went directly to a person (James) who was able to answer everything quickly. Ordered over a weekend, sofa shipped the next week and delivered the week after - smooth and easy. Will be happy to buy from them again.

Only been about a week now, but, sofa's great so far too - well built, comfortable in both sofa & bed modes. We got the Gemma 86 and were surprised by how different the color is, compared to pictures. Looks like dark beige in picture but is much lighter in person - a simple light gray. Looks good still, just very different shade from pictures.

Item was as described, well made, well packed. Delivery was on time. Everything went smoothly from purchasing to delivery.

Sofa came very fast, full delivery, setup, and cleaning was included and took no time at all so the sofa was ready to use right away! It looks great!

Surprised they were fast to ship the Luonto Sofa bed. Others said it will take 1-3 months. Thank you!

I bought the Loft Highland Park buffet cabinet from Bernhardt and I couldn’t be more happier with this beautiful piece. It was the final touch for the entryway of my home. James and Vishal helped me out through out the whole process from buying the order until the delivery. I do recommend the sofabed website because you wouldn’t find these great prices anywhere else.

Even though the shipment was itself delayed, the entire team was responsive and accommodating throughout the process, they were friendly and professional in all aspects of business, plus the couch was delivered in perfect condition and is fabulous.

Beautiful Sofa. As described, we waited about 6 weeks for our new sofa bed, it was worth the wait. Top quality in all aspects. What I really want to address with this review is the delivery company (Metropolitan Warehouse). WOW what an unexpected surprise, these guys were amazing they were not only incredibly professional, but they went above and beyond to make this a top notch experience.

Everything was done with so much attention to detail. Immediately after I placed the order, entry measurements were requested. When it looked like it would be tight, James set up a back-up breakdown service. The delivery guys arrived and moved the couch through a difficult opening successfully! Best of all, the couch was delivered in less than two weeks, when other companies were projecting 4-6 weeks..

While I had some questions because I wasn't here for the delivery, everything was handled very politely, professionally and to my 100% satisfaction!

I ordered the Monika King Sleeper Sofa Bed with Chrome Legs.
This is an exceptional quality made piece of furniture.
When used as a sofa, it comfortably fit three adults with a lot of extra arm and leg room.
When used as a bed, it is large, comfortable and firm. Great on the back, for a wonderful night of sleep.
The delivery guys went above and beyond to take care of our sofabed and our property.
They showed us how easy it was to change from sofa to bed.
The Customer Service Rep. kept me, by phone and by text, informed of my delivery date and time. He made sure everything went smooth.
I was a little leary buying a high priced item on-line but I would 100% definitely buy from Softbed.com. again.

Shopped for 2 years until I ran across this product. It took a while for delivery (one month at holiday time) but worth it. White Glove delivery was smooth and professional. The sofa bed is compact, solid. well-made, firm but comfortable with good upholstery and well-shaped soft loose pillows. Bed mechanism works smoothly No bar paining you in the bed. Firm mattress and very adequate space for 2 people on a typical full-size mattress. Haven’t slept on it yet but confident it’ll be fine. This is how they used to make sofabeds with quality.

They did a good job of delivering and assembling the sofa. The product was delivered in right time.

Unbeatable price and item was in perfect condition exactly as promised.

There was a small issue with the delivery company: they showed up without enough people to move it up the stairs, then tried to charge sofabed.com for re-delivery, which they sent me an invoice for. We eventually got it sorted out and delivered, but it took a few weeks. This was mostly the delivery company's fault not sofabed.com, but nonetheless it was not the best experience.

Okay so, I bought my king size sleeper sofa from sofa bed.com a little under month ago. I hesitated to leave review immediately, because I wanted to make sure I could accurately describe my experience. Hands down, sofa bed.com was amazing when it came to customer service and ease of ordering.

There was a hiccup, with the shipping company. The day of my delivery, I checked the order and it showed that a queen size sofa sleeper bed was being delivered. This is a problem, because I ordered a king size, not a queen. So, after reaching out to the shipping company and not getting any positive responses or helpful answers, I messaged sofaBed.com through email. Within 20 minutes or so, I had a detailed response as to how to handle the situation, what the mixup may be, and how to proceed if it wasn't correct. Absolutely amazing customer service. I cannot stress this enough. My family will buy through them again, should we need another sofa.
