Avoid this company

The product took a long time to arrive e, which left me feeling worried but when it did finally arrive the sizing was off and the style was not as described by the photos. Customer service will refund if you pay the shipping to China, which for a coat going that far will cost a fortune. The company is a scam and I would avoid at all costs.

Beware, scam never received the coats.

Beware, I did not receive the two coats I ordered. I've commented on thier Instagram page and I will co it now to do so. I've also messaged them and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I have recievd no response.

Love the product, especially the customer service!!

I have ordered products from overseas in the past. I am always nervous about the quality of the product that I would receive. I ordered a Faux Fur coat for my wife, it was beautiful and of great quality for price. When we received the coat there was a small discrepancy in the picture and the sizing chart, which was an oversight on my part. We reached out the company to see what they could do. Edelle the customer service representative explained the situation and guided us in finding what we were looking for. Her assistance was extremely valuable, professional and extremely appreciated. We were so impressed with the quality and professionalism given to us by Edelle, that we decided to keep the first coat and ordered the second one plus some accessory.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family members. The quality is fantastic and as I said before, Edelle in customer support was fantastic!!!!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! Delivery took over three weeks. Customer Service is terrible. Quality of clothing is cheap and not worth the money. My order took over three weeks to reach me. It did not arrive in time for when I needed it so wanted to return it only to find it was going to cost me £31.25. Soera offered me 30% discount as a partial refund which I accepted. To date they have only returned 20% of the refund!
Wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing as I would never have bought from them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I should have checked the reviews on this website before shopping at SOERA! I received my package 17 days after ordering to find the lowest quality jacket i have ever purchased! This site is not worth spending your money on! Shipping is extremely expensive to return the jacket so I have no other option than to try and sell it. Now i am trying to put a bad review on their website to warn others and it won't allow me to. Extremely disappointed.

Scam do not buy from them
As all other people on here a didnt read the reviews first I won't make that mistake again and please don't make it too.
China.
Product not what it says it was and charges £32 to return with tracer on.
Said its been delivered and now saying it has not.

Went above and beyond!!

I was frustrated trying to make a simple return when I found shipping back to China was over $200. I expressed my disappointment with the return procedure and assumed that would be the end of the conversation. Instead I got an immediate response from Erick. Not only did he listen to my concerns empathetically he offer two very generous options to make the situation a positive one. The entire encounter was just unbelievable.

Do not purchase from this company

Urgent 🚨 to anyone that would like to purchase from this company I would highly recommend you stay will clear and unsubscribe. This is literally the worst site I have ever purchased from. Please please to not purchase from this company. Not only did they charge me £32.50 to send parcel back to china that also charge me $25 for taxes. They don’t tell you it’s coming from china. It’s criminal.

This is one of the worst retail…worstRetail

This is one of the worst retail companies I’ve ever used and will never use again. Ordered a couple items before Christmas like two weeks before Christmas and still have not received. It contacted the company and they kept apologizing, but still did not get the item I will never buy from them again ever stay away from this company. They don’t do anything. It takes forever. It’s not worth it.

I do not recommend this store

I do not recommend this store. My experience was terrible. The products I ordered took over a month to arrive from China and turned out to be very poor quality – completely different from the photos and descriptions on the website.

The worst part was dealing with the return. I sent multiple emails clearly stating that I wanted to cancel my order due to the delay and poor product quality. Instead of a proper response, the company used various tricks and distractions to avoid issuing a refund.

Customer service shows no respect at all, and shopping here is a waste of time and money. Definitely avoid.

Scam

I bought boots for 60 euros over a year ago, but they never arrived. Customer service spent months promising me the package was already on its way and they couldn't cancel it. But it seemed like the journey was a dead end.

Brought a coat for my mums Christmas…

Brought a coat for my mums Christmas present there was no visible mention of the company being in china waited nearly 2 weeks after Christmas for it to arrive when it did it wasn’t anything like the picture on the site with very poor customer service and would never use them again my recommendation is to avoid them!
