I had all the help i needed. Very friendly person on the phone and i was able to order what i wanted immediately.

Having found quite old cartridges, ask for a refund : no question, very efficient to find the old transaction, years ago, refund ok. Great service

You can actually call them, and they act immediately.
While I struggled with customer support from many other well-known brands, Sodastream clearly maintains high standards of customer care.

Ordered 3 machines as Christmas presents. Advertised discounts not honoured.
Ist parcel arrived late and very badly packaged in flimsy box which had come apart, resulting in the inner box and goods being damaged.
The other 2 machines were never received.
I did get a full refund, but the service was very disappointing.
