Good Product, Bad Shipping

I ordered character shoes and used their online fitting service to choose a size. They took forever to arrive, but I think they were shipping through USPS, so that is hardly their fault. The shoes fit perfectly except for the back of the foot (I have thin heels, so I just popped in a couple of heel inserts and it's fine). However, I love these shoes! The synthetic leather does scuff a little easily, but I think I got my money's worth.
