I’m not sure what the crummy reviews are about. I have 2 chairs. One for a year and the other for 3 years with no issues. Joey is great, the chairs are amazing, and I back this company 100%

I got three of these chairs for my front porch and I absolutely love them. They look great and they’re soooo comfortable. Perfect for drinking coffee on a Sunday morning. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

The workers at the Wisconsin state fair were super friendly and helpful. The chair itself was super easy to put together and fits perfectly on my deck!

Met Mike, the SoCo Swings sales rep, at the Hillsville Flea Market. He didn’t push the product, just invited us to sit down. I was immediately impressed with the swing chair. It was beyond comfortable, you just kind of melt into it. I had a ton of questions, and Mike answered them all. He understood when I didn’t buy on the spot because I needed to check measurements. I called him and placed an order a couple days later, and had two swing chairs arrive 5 days after that.

The chairs are outstanding! No assembly, you just need to put up the eye hook to hang them from. They are well made (not some imported knock off junk), and so comfortable to just chill in. Great purchase, well worth the price!

Chairs were never received. I emailed and called several times, I was given the run around constantly. A couple of times I was sent a tracking number and the chairs never shipped. I was advised by my bank to contact the company that hosted the festival, they were helpful and tried to contact Soco several times with no return calls, I doubt they would be welcome back to this festival. I had to contact my bank and wait 30 days for Soco to not contact them before they would refund my money.

We have used our chair swing for a year or more and suddenly with 2 friends sitting on the swing, the top bar broke and dropped our friends on the ground. We were lucky that didnt get injured much worse. The top bar is wood and snapped into. This is a frightening chair. It was kept undercover from the weather the most weight has been well under 300 lbs which the swing has a 500lbs rating. This is a dangerous swing and should be redesigned with respect to the wooden top bar. DO NOT BUY. BEWARE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILYS SAFETY

So far, I still don’t have my chairs. They were supposed to ship in 5-6 weeks and it’s been 12. I’m told maybe end of May. I’ve asked for a different color and get no reply. I could have spent my $800 and had something else months ago. I’m keeping fingers crossed but I’m starting to feel scammed.

We ordered our swing at a seafood festival in Florida. Waited a few weeks to have it delivered, but it was easy for my husband to assemble and hang. We love it! Very sturdy for the both of us, made well, beautiful and so comfortable!?

Never order from this company - you will never get your swing of a refund !!!! This company is a scam !!!! Paid $600 dollars for a swing that I never got and they won't refund money -- this company is a complete scam

We love our swing. We were told it would be delivered in 6 weeks. And it arrived in 5 weeks. Yay. Great product and customer service

The swing is nice and comfortable. But I ordered Grey with a cover the cover came tan. I sent an email to soco swings with a reply we only sell tan covers. I asked if I could switch the cushions for tan because I also like the tan color. No reply after that.
I'm definitely not into the mismatch color scheme. Also they over price everything just to offer 30% off sales everyday. I purchased 9-15-2024 & just deleted 31 sales offers at 30% off. I had originally told a few friends to purchase these swings but have since told them not to due to the shitty customer service. Plenty of other vendors that appreciate their customers.

Danger, Buyer beware!!! My swing arrived damaged & missing parts, making it unusable!. Customer support has been completely none existent and doesn't reply to emails for help! The rep who sold it to me has taken no responsibility in solving the problem. What an $1,000 mistake!

I ordered 2 low country fusion swing replacements with protective covers in February 2024. received covers in about 2 months, 1 replacement fusion 4 months later and still waiting the final cushion. w
With 4 promises that they have received shipment and would be shipping to me within 4 weeks. To never receiving and no correspondence from them.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEIR SHOW CARNEYS.

We are repeat customers. I immediately bought two hammock chairs when I sat in them at a fair, a few years ago, and they are still in great shape and we enjoy them daily. We just recently purchased a Gravity Rocker. We love all of them and find the business to be extremely professional and the chairs/swings to be wonderful! Guests always get such a kick out of them & love sitting in them when they come over. They’re easy to clean- and we live in Florida and keep them outside. We’ve had only positive experiences with this company and their products!

The product falls apart and they will not provide a refund - they only offer to replace with the same poorly made material. Mine lasted less than 3 months.

i ordered a swing in nashville from soco swings. they said it would be delivered in 3 weeks. its been over 6 and still no swing. the company has no phone number to contact them about my order. i emailed them and never received a response either. very poor company to deal with . save your money buy elsewhere
