Avoid buying any product from this company

Avoid buying any product from this website.

Very rude and poor customer service. First of all i received their product super late (almost after 15 days). Later i told them that i ordered socks from some other website so they are of no use to me. I raised return request within 5 days. The product description explicitly mentioned that product was eligible for return. Their website clearly says: no questions asked return.

However they rejected my request without any reason and when i asked them, they behaved so rude and asked me to see website myself.

However i will attach some screenshot to see and help you make decision that what kind of company it is.

Warm & comfortable woolen socks

I got cozy Reindeer unisex full length winter socks. The material is soft, warm and comfortable to wear. They fit well and keep my feet warm. The wool does not feel itchy at all.

Worst experience

I ordered socks on 19th october and i recieved my socks on 1 nov this is really disgusting, also i wanted to return the socks, so i choosed the option to return when i tried to return the socks, its showing i ll only get rs 8 per socks, this is completely scam

Socks are lovely

Purchased 6 of them. All of them are lovely and cozy. The socks are one of the best qualities ever. Sockscarving is a home for comfort and a home for sock lovers, too.
